Collies, as a breed, have some of the most human traits I've ever seen in dogs! My collies have always had that big Collie grin in their photos, but Adam actually SMILES! At first we thought he was showing his teeth but then it dawned on us that he does it when he's happy and after he does it, he gets a bad attack of the "happies" and dances around wiggling himself for all he's worth!
Its pretty ironic that we freak out about a skin rash but not about scarring ourselves with ink til our end of days. anyhoo Ive had the same prob with a 3 months old tat. tried all sorts of creams (antifungus, bacteria. etc) I finally went to the doc the other day and was told its some sort of allergic reaction .
I tried to remove one with tweezers, and it was very tacky (as in sticky) and clearly goes deep under the skin. Part of it broke off but I could still see that the pore was plugged and a day or two later top of the plug was sticking out again. i can't find ANYTHING online that looks like it.
I thought it was mosquito bites but it does not look like that! i also have dogs that sleep in my bed but i'm pretty sure flea bites don't look like that! I'm thinking about going to a deteramotologist to figure out whats wrong. None of the bumps have gone away and at times they can be veryy itchy! Any help?
There are so so many pitched to the road cats and dogs in todays America.....So sad! People too! And I take them in and do what I can! Anything is better than fending for themselves on busy roads & fighting wild animals at night. It really is just awful! WHAT wanders to my back porch and in my small barn.....day after day, year after year. And increasing in todays world so full of poverty for so many.
I have not worn make up today and have only applied vaseline and aqeous cream. I haven't changed any toileteries or make up in the last 2 months. I am not sure what it could be? I don't think it is eczema, but believe it could be an allergic reaction to something. I can't seem to work out what it could be? Could it be an allergic reaction to something i am using around the eye or a food product? Please help me.
and have asked for Dermotic Oil to try. I do want to mention. I have 2 dogs, one which is being treated for a yeast infection in her ears. She digs and groans at her ears. They actually smell the same as mine at times, I did try Monistat. Again, only temporary relief. Not sure if it was a good idea, but as most of you know, when your desperate, you'll try anything to relieve the itch. Another thought, it's creepy, but I read it somewhere....
My illness became worse after I lost one of my dogs in 2004. One thing they've found in CFS patients is that we have oxidative stress... that is why supplements are vital if you have this illness or fibromyalgia. The only question is... where do you purchase quality supplements ? (consider that 90% of supplements sold in the U.S. have ingredients in them from China) There are ways to find out which supplements are the better ones...
but eventually realized nothing was in there. I went to the dermatologist and at first he thought it could be eczema and he prescribed me some ointment. However that did not seem to help...then he thought it could be perniois (Chilblains) because it is currently cold here in Ohio and I wasn't always wearing gloves outside. I am supposed to go back in the summer time to see how it is doing. I really don't think it is either of those two things.
My name is Stephanie in Mississippi. I too have suffered with the same condition as you and others on this post. Please if you have gotten relief / cured from this issue please share with me. I have had this for 8 months.
I live with 2 cats which I could have never have done as a child. Keep in mind the itching is also present in the right nipple. This often happens when the palm itching begins. I don't see any dryness on the nipple or the palms. Thank you for your help!
Lately i hhave went to the extreme to try and get them to go away i am now washing my head everyday and i am using noxzema on my scalp and i saw them decrease in size a little..i used to put hair lotions n stuff in my head but now ive stopped because i think the grease makes them bigger....PLEASE if anyone gets any info post it......and i am now going to join the search for a treament...
My symptoms are identical to yours, except that the blisters on my hands and feet first erupted when I was in my early twenties. That was diagnosed as eczema. I had not had an outbreak of eczema in twenty years and then all the sudden it was back on my hands and feet. Then I got a cluster of blisters on my inner thigh that would come and go over the past two years. Now I get the blisters in random symmetrical areas on my feet, legs, buttocks, stomach, and scalp.
Anti-itch drugs, often antihistamine, may reduce the itch during a flare up of eczema, and the reduced scratching in turn reduces damage and irritation to the skin. You should read this and let us know if you need any further information. Regards.
I was loking at pictures on Google, searching Chiggers since that is a main concept on here, and one in particular looked just like mine, here is the link: http://maxcdn.fooyoh.com/files/attach/images/1050/100/982/002/bad_bugs_s17.jpg I am also itchy on my lower back and upper neck near jaw. My sister is Diabetic and my mother has Chron's, but I don't think that means anything. I haven't used any different soaps, makeup etc.
I do know that my condition worsened recently after my best friend died suddenly in April. Within a week I noticed a marked increase in peeling and cracking and it hasn't gotten any better. My original outbreak with this came at the same time I was going through a divorce in 1982. Connections?
See an ophthalmologist Eye MD physician. Find one at www.aao.org. Take in some pictures of your lids when badly swollen.
also there is a bump on the edge of my penis head that had peeled and gone away for a few days and re-appeared in the exact same spot which seems to have formed as a bump/scar(not as itchy)... ...i have very itchy bumps on my inner thighs and butt cheeks that seem to be getting worse. I also notice very very very very small blister type bumps on my fingers that i have popped and released some sort of fluid.. the bumps on my penis/butt/thighs do not seem to have any fluid in them..
Day 22 Cold Turkey Tramadol ... I woke up HAPPY. I used to wake up happy all the time, before the Tramadol. Waking up happy is good. Then I tried to move. I had to use my hands and arms to get up out of bed. My body has been pushed as far as it will go. So after trying all my best tricks (aminos, coffee, food, vitamins, water) I finally stopped the struggle and called in sick for work. Tomorrow will be a busier day anyhow.
I thought maybe it could have been an allergic reaction to tomatoes or some other food. I have been taking some natural detox for the blood in pills form, I was feeling ok but last nite and this morning my hands started up again but not terrible that i want to rip them off, it's more of a burning irritating itch that is under the skin, no rash no dry skin and it tends to be activated when I do things like opening a soda bottle top or holding the retractable lead for the dogs...
My itchiness has been getting progessively worse for the past few years. I'd say almost 3 yrs now. It's to the point where I can't even engage in intercourse with my partner, go shopping or even go out in the sun. I keep hearing and reading how Urticaria, usually has signs on the skin surface but I don't, except for the really bad itchy feeling.
A crawling sensation in skin is seen in people who are very anxious and stressed out. Very dry skin (you rule this out) and disorders of thyroid gland all can precipitate a crawling sensation. The other possibility is Morgellons disease often mimics scabies. The disease is believed to be caused by weak immune systems in people that have contracted the tick-borne Lyme Disease at some point in their life. It can also be a fungal infection like Tinea corporis.
I thought that the new hives were from mosquitos that were getting me in our house and when I let the dogs out - but I started covering myself up and using "Off" and kept getting them. Then they started in huge clusters underneath my clothing and started to merge together to form COLOSSIAL sized ones. I always thought that "nerves" causing things were kind of a cop-out for symptoms, but now I know better.
I thought about Lichen, but I do not see my vagina changing in that form, like the pictures that I have researched. Please Please help me figure out what other problems there might be. I have been in the same relationship all this time. Also, if you know any remedies for the itching, please send my way. I use All Free & Clear laundry detergent, and wash with warm water as I fell needed throughout the day. I also don't get my period often, I tied my tubes in 2003, so I don't take any BC.
I woke up scratching my hand all night and in the morning my hand was burning and swollen. I have never experienced this in my life. Its still itching pretty bad now and only gets worse with more scratching. I was reading all of these posts and was wondering if anyone has any natural remedies for this? Please let me know. Thanks.
I can feel them crawling under my skin, they hang out in my ear (not sure if under the skin or just in the canal) all day, it's gross. No one in the house (my wife and 3 kids) can feel them. My wife has bites all up and down her legs and even a protruded ring looking this on her forearm. As you might have imagined I'm loosing my mind and life, nothing is the same.
We found a bed bug, confirmed it with www.hsph.harvard.edu/bedbugs/ and it was the same bug as in the pictures. I was really scared, but now that I found out what it really is, I'm just grossed out. So we live in an apartment and we're going to be contacting the landlord in the morning. The reason I'm breaking out because of these bed bugs is because I'm allergic to their saliva. Gross.
Hi, Golfer's vasculitis is a form of vasculitis (swelling of the blood vessels) experienced in the lower legs caused by excessive exercise in hotter temperatures. It is more common among older people. It is called 'Golfer's' due to the large amount of walking done in golf, as well as it being a sport more popular among older people, resulting in greater incidence of the condition. The rash is more common in people over 50.
