For the longest time I've had little round 1/16th inch itchy sores on my feet that just appeared there and I notice it's spreading up my legs where my socks are normally touching my skin, now that I think about it. Any idea what possible causes of this are? They don't seem to be healing, but that may be because I haven't payed much attention to it.
Other causes could be due to scabies, eczema, tineapedis (fungal infection) and psoriasis. Scabies infection is caused by a mite Sarcoptesscabiei, it burrows in the skin folds of hands and feet and causes intense itching mostly at night. You may need to consult your primary care physician to detect the cause.

Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin.
Until this very moment ,there is no definite effective medical therapy for eczema. Corticosteroids may help control the eruptions but with a history of eczema ,there is a chance for recurrence in the future.
As with your condition ,it is best to have your leg examined.
Is there any notable varicosities or swelling of the leg?
Any underlying conditions like diabetes and thyroid problems?
