Avatar n tn Over the next few days my skin started to itch all around in the upper thigh area and in the thigh area there were maybe 2 or 3 spots where there was almost like a pimple. Each one would I would notice because it would itch and I would then realize there was a small bump, which I could pop and a very tiny small amount of white puss would come out just like popping a zit on the face or something. These spots of little pimples I'm actually starting to find all over my body now.

Avatar f tn My eyes had been quite red for about a month but it hadn’t been so itchy and I would just use lubricating eye drops. I quickly realised that the skin around my eye started to become red, itchy and scaly, reminiscent of eczema or some other dermatological condition, and this red scaliness was particularly bad on the eyelid. In fact, it gave the skin around my eye a badly wrinkled, slightly swollen appearance.
Avatar f tn t really have any sort of eye issues in terms of ooziness or anything, although when I took anti-itch eye drops, they hurt. It's not a makeup allergy. I threw out all my old mascara and got a new one that uses natural ingredients. Regardless of whether I wear makeup or not, my eyes look and feel the same. The weather isn't helping. I have a similar looking rash on my elbows. The only things that have helped are gel eye masks.
Avatar n tn I have had a rash on and around my vaginal area. It burns and itches and I have had it for two weeks. I have tried over the counter creams and corn starch. The area is raw in some places. I have not had intercourse in over a year. The only thing that I found at home to work was and old perscription for triamcinolone acetonide cream.
Avatar n tn There is still a little eczema on and around my eye, but I can live with it (though I hate it.) I have good days and bad days. The worst part right now is that I got eczema on the back of my neck, but the Elidel isn't helping! Oh, I also take Omega-3 Fatty Acids (odorless!) and it also helps.
Avatar m tn These bumps showed up around my temple area, eye area, and forehead around 5 days ago, as these started to subside, the red bumps have moved down to my neck. They are slightly sore to the touch and around 50-60 in number. Please advise! Thank you!
Avatar m tn I noticed this morning after showering that I had red dots (resembling chichen pox except they don't appear to be blisters) around my groin area. There are probably 50 or so of them and they weren't there when I showered yesterday. I noticed tonight that there are three or four now on my penis, which weren't there this morning. They start under my belt line and stop in my inner thighs close to groin, and expand out to my midlle my hip area.
1227049 tn?1267237385 As the natural stuff I have tried does not work (I have tried basically every over the counter product available), and through my internet research, I am wondering if either Protopic (Tacrolimus) or Elidel (Pimecrolimus) would be a good thing to try out. I am especially wary of applying hydrocortisone around the eye area, but as I have eczema there as well I am at a loss of what to do about it.
1339307 tn?1275943930 Apply some calamine lotion on the affected area and keep the area well moisturized. Use only thin applications of moisturizer ointments as excessive amounts of ointment may restrict breathing of the skin and aggravate the condition. Topical steroids can be applied but they are available under prescription. Moreover to prevent infection, topical antibiotics may be needed. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.
Avatar n tn like for the last 3 years i have gotten Eczema really badly around the same time every year all over my chest, ankles, wrist, fingers, back, and lower back my but and like the back of my neck scalp area thighs behind my knees i mean preeety much any where. but this year it has hit my lip area and eye witch is new but my real question is evey year the same one thing alwasy happens with my break out i some times disscharge from my scrotem dont know why?
Avatar m tn t worry those side effects only occur with regular (2-4 times/day) use on the eye by eye drops or eye ointment for several months. You did not harm.
Avatar n tn In the last couple months I have been itching a lot specifically the shaft/foreskin area of the penis, and not so much the actual head/tip of the penis. The foreskin (I am circumsized) feels very dry-skinned. If I pull back the foreskin, the shaft is also extremely dry, has a red to a "very red" looking rash, and then sometimes the red rash goes away a little bit, while the dryness/itchiness remains.
Avatar f tn com/albums/vv124/emm7wrigh7/ For the last month or two, I have noticed small, dry bumps that have grown on the area around my finger nail and cuticle. At first I thought that this was just dry skin but they haven't gone away with regular moisturizing. I am not sure if these are warts or possibly an infection that I may have gotten from the acrylic nail salon that I used to go to. Is there anything I can use to remove this?
Avatar n tn I did some Internet research on the cream and I read that using steroid creams on your eyelids and the skin around the eyes can cause ocular hypertension and glaucoma. Is it safe to use this cream around my eyes? If my eye pressure goes up, will it go back down once I stop using the cream? Thank you very much.
Avatar n tn In irritant contact dermatitis there is skin irritation, including inflammation, swelling of the area, and warmth. The rash will be confined to the specific area that came into contact with the offending agent.Eczema is a common disorder in infants and is associated with dry and itchy patches of skin. I sincerely advise you to consult a dermatologist/pediatric dermatologist and discuss these possibilities with him.Pls don,t apply anything without consulting as it may aggravate the condition.
Avatar n tn hmmm, I go to the doctor for him to comfirm what I suspect, he even give me some story about someone who kissed his child above the eye and now the child as an outbreak in that area every now again. I think it was a made up story to offer some sort of comfort. Right, so after that visit I patiently wait for the bumps to go away, which they do. Since then eveytime I feel an itch in that area I ignore it. Haven't had an outbreak for a good long time now.
9041091 tn?1410417329 To help with eczema get some Cortizone Eczema Lotion. Its betweeen $8-$10 a bottle.I ewas instructed not to put ANYTHINGthat has a scent to it on my sons skin becabecause it makes it worse and sunscreen has a scent and I've never heard of that helping either.
Avatar n tn Hi, I have a rash around the groin area. It started as a small little red dot and after a week it is all red and becomes extremely itchy. Over a week period, the redness goes to a dark color and the flare up of the redness and itchiness starts over again. I can't seem to get this rash under control. Is there any type of internal medication that I can take to eliminate this condition. It is extremely frustrating.
Avatar n tn ive looked all around and i beleive that it might be eczema. i am 16 never had sex so i dont think its an std. recently it started itching really bad and if i itched it it starterd to burn any help would be appreciated.
Avatar f tn Hey same thing happened to me. It'll go away and come back. It's Eczema and unfortunately there's no cure. Since it's on your face/eye you won't be able to use normal Eczema medication. Instead use vaseline on the area every night and during the day use a heavy cream like Cetaphil (it's less greasy than vaseline) make sure you use the one with the screw top, the other isn't strong enough. For the itching use hydrocordazone.
Avatar f tn I live in a climate where 'sweating' is an olympic sport of its own ...in the recent past had a 'rash' that P.A. (couldn't see dermatologist-handles now only cancer-related situations-in process of finding new doctor) who thought the existing 'whatever' was a fungus+ -prescribed Alcortin bid + Zeabsorbe-use till rash is 'gone' ... it worked .
Avatar m tn Hello, I cannot confirm anything without examination but the itchy, flaky, red spotcan be eczema. Eczema is a form of chronic dermatitis (rash).Allergic reaction is one of the important causes of eczema. Wash the areas several times with fresh water and do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps.
