Avatar f tn I read that its a no-no and when I asked my Ob he said he is only more concerned about the restuarant where they prepare caesar salad. I love and have this strong for Caesar salad....has anyone been told its a no-no?
2093716 tn?1344094995 ok im 14+2 days and this may sound stupid and careless but i have bad eating habits, i cant seem to eat anything other than fast food, but dont get me wrong! things i eat specially at BK is ceasar salad but i order some fries and water, i believe thats healthy enough, but when it comes to kfc i order everything with extra cheese, super size coke and apple pies....pies! more than one... dont get me started on McDnls.

But the second and third trimester, ive been eating anything and everything.. not much meat though cause i dont like meat in the first place, but i try. and i def dont like chicken, so im mad bout df making me eat that. lol.. cause now i feel worse.. Im just so used to being hungry every couple hours..

9310208 tn?1410859285 Carbs were all i could do to not feel sick, i did well with a few smoothies on days when i felt a bit better. You can make sure you are eating whole/multi grains that is a little healthier. Also try fruits that are easier on the stomach like bananas or unsweeted apple sauce. Roasted carrots or sweet potatoes are good too.

At my 15 weeks I weighed 113. I'm 17 weeks now & I wonder how much I weigh now since I've been eating alot of junk lol. Any advice? Also are sandwiches healthy? Like ham cheese & lettuce NO MAYO. Hate mayonnise.

Avatar f tn I'm 8 weeks 4 days. For dinner I accidentally ate a Cesar salad that had unpasteurized parmesan cheese on it, I didn't even think to check until after I ate it. Even though it was only a little I'm feeling really bad about it. Plus for lunch I had a sandwich from subway, I was told lunch meat it fine as long as it's heated. I'm felling like a failure, is this something I should stress about?
Avatar n tn Today about 20 minutes after my lunch I started sweating, feeling weak, heart racing, etc. I checked my blood sugar and it was 71 after eating a chicken salad, salad. I checked it before eating and it was 77 so why would it go down after eating a salad and a few wheat crackers? 71 is normal but again I felt horrible, weak, shaky, anxiety, etc. Could this be something other than Hypoglycemia? Before I had lunch I ran 2.5 miles on the treatmill and felt fine so this is beginning to puzzle me.
Avatar f tn I'm at my wits end with my daughter who is 3.5 yrs old. She's always been a picky eater since birth. But as time goes by shes getting worse, the selection of foods she eats is lessening. Her weight/height are good but i worry about her developing poor eating habits. I've discussed this with our family MD, who wasnt very generous with offering advice. Neither myself, husband or 13 month old son are picky eaters, we eat practically everything.

I eat a salad almost everyday and always use this salad dressing not thinking anything of it, but recently someone had told me about two cases in PA where woman have had there babies temporarily taken away because the poppyseed they have been eating had caused a false positive in the drug test for opiates! Now I'm totally freaking out, I'm 37 +5 days and would be horrified if this happened to me..
Avatar n tn Yes, it could be the salad, if you eating a lot more than normal. If all you're eating is salad and little meat, it could also be a lack of fiber. You need a variety of veggies, whole grains and a little fruit to provide enough fiber. Drinking too much water, without enough food can also cause bloating. You might try eating an apple, with the skin on, every day and see what happens. For me, an apple works just like taking a laxative.
