Can someone please provide me with a safety list of fruits/veggies for dogs. I keep getting hearing mixed information; about broccoli and almonds and more.

The eating plan us calked LCHF, which is low fat, moderate protein and high fat. And there are no gimmicks, pills, powders, bars, etc...just real food. Best part is that no calorie counting, eat until full. Also, it canceled my cravings and I no longer snack anymore.

If you eat meat, you can use that for protein (else, boil dried beans) For breakfast, you could try cooking rolled oats oatmeal porridge as the main ingredient.
Avatar f tn Hello! Now, I'm certainly not qualified, but I do have some personal advice that's worked for me in the past! I'm a notorious "bored eater", eating food when I'm not truly hungry. In an effort to solve this problem, I focus on always drinking a glass of water, and then asking myself if I'm still hungry... If the answer is yes, I then ask if I would eat an apple, or some nuts. If that answer is no, then I'm not actually hungry, I'm just craving.

Avatar f tn ve found with my IBS that the most problematic produce is broccoli, cauliflower, onions, celery, and corn. Exacerbated by eating raw. Most other cooked vegetables work for me, especially zucchini despite how boring it is.

Flaxseed oil is really good and i take that daily! it shrunk a male friends tumor on his pituarity gland and is ideal for treating cancers. Also apricot kernals helped a male friend who did not want kemo and it shrunk his lymphoma tumor to the size of a pea then he had the kemo and is in remission at present.

962522 tn?1247110693 well i fell off the wagon it was hard to resist since my family eats what they want since they dont have to worry about weight and i fell off the wagon and had fast food i so ashamed but i exercised twice that day to burn what i ate but its so hard to lose weight with all the tempting food around and harder when the only thing i know how to make is steamed chicken breast with broccoli i get tired of eating the same thing day to day which makes the temptations more irresistible but i do turbo jam

Avatar m tn Thank you for the reply. Yeah, I know it's a lot of a specific vegetable. I got in the habit when I was in a serious weight-loss mode, and broccoli fit the bill of a vegetable that was both high in antioxidants, and one that I didn't detest. In the week and a half since I first posted this, I've had broccoli 3 times since. I reduced the amount that I've been eating, and it's made somewhat of a difference. I still feel a bit flush, but no nausea.

I was to the point where I was only drinking chicken broth and eating broccoli. I have been eating lamb and coconut yogurt. Sometimes I dont eat at all. My reactions for the past two weeks have just been itching and minor sneezing. Maybe a throat clearning here and there. Some days I didnt get reactions at all.
