Avatar m tn m curious in general about allergies to Artificial Flavoring. Artificial Cherry Flavoring and actual cherries have the same chemical composition. One occurs naturally (a cherry), the other is produced in a lab by the men and women in white coats. So, artificial cherries and natural cherries should, essentially, be the same thing, right? Do I understand this correctly? Is it possible to be allergic to artifical cherry flavoring but not be allergic to cherries?
338303 tn?1211319843 I did see that site but another forum had listed that cherries were also listed. I sure hope not because I love the white cherries and usually eat tons of them and also peaches.

Avatar m tn Hey, my solution to blood pressure is in fruits - more specifically, in Cherries! These magic fruits justify my blood pressure every time I have a problem with them. Besides, they are also good for cancer prevention, vision, weigh management and many more. Read the details here: http://phlabs.

Avatar m tn Hi there, Eating too much fruit can complicate the amount of fructose in your body. This in turn can lead to over-production of fat which can be harmful for your health. Foods with the highest fructose content are peaches, prunes, pears, cherries, plums, apples and apple cider, grapes and dates. These fruits are hardest to digest and can cause fructose intolerance. Excessive fructose can lead to leptin resistance, which could cause weight gain if combined with a high fat and calorie diet.

1731462 tn?1314241507 P I now take a baby aspirin every day to help guard against future clots. I also try to eat lots of garlic and cayenne pepper to naturally keep blood thin. Sitting where I am now, I think I would feel comfortable with a negative d dimer.
5739386 tn?1378836460 I swallowed a seed from the cherries I'm eating my baby will be okay will he?!
Avatar m tn I try tea or just hard work the other days to try to avoid building up a tolerance to the Ambien or becoming totally dependent upon it. My doctor says I can try the melatonin. She says to stay away from anything with root in it though. Does anyone know of something reliable? I'm going to the health food store with my wife.
Avatar n tn ve stopped taking the prescriptions and trying the natural stuff. It seems to be working but ever so slow. Excersize seems to help also. I suggest to keep moving and do not let it get the best of you. After six months of Pegasys, and six weeks of procrit, God will help me conquer this. Next week I will have a serious talk about this. I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who is having the problem (well I'm not glad) and I thank you gus for the information.
Avatar f tn s carries them) just before the tendonitis onslaught. So -- back to the cherries! After a week of my 2T three times a day, the tendonitis flares up less so I'm now trying to cut back to the old once a day regimen. (It's a lot of sugar which is why I cut them out in the first place. Luckily, I'm not a diabetes candidate.

649848 tn?1534633700 I bought some chips with lower sodium and packed just a small amount each day, rather than stopping at the convenience store to buy regular chips, then eating the whole bag. That satisfied my craving for chips and I didn't eat nearly as many as I would have otherwise. I also packed some fresh cherries in a container each day -- a cup of fresh cherries has something like 70 calories.
Avatar m tn It took a very long time for me to even come close to eating properly again. I changed my diet and in time it got better but my digestive system has never been the same since. I have GAD and of course that doesn't help my digestive health. My psychiatrist once told me that it takes a split second for a message of fear to go from your head to your gut. So, if you have a weak digestive system and you have anxiety disorder, chances are you are going to have IBS too.
Avatar f tn I'm embarrassed to ask but is there anything that can help me go poop that I might have at home. I don't have any prunes or anything in the medice cabinet. Plz help its been a few days.
1572016 tn?1295761959 You should get your blood sugar level tested.Try eating some crackers and a Coke to see if that makes you feel a little better. If you cannot eat all at once, try keeping a snack with you and eat every few hours. Best wishes! Feel better!
