However apart from future therapies, i read that unless you are BP in origin without the intervention of drugs, then you are not classified BP. Simply because the majority of the patients manifest the illness after taking drugs. I mean most of them. For example my 1st mania occurred only after an AD not before and was diagnosed OCD before. But of course after my 1st mania life changed. And most the patients have similar experience.

Exercise is so good for depression and anxiety! Start out slow with walking, and increase it slowly every few days. Often you have to force yourself to do this, but will find that you feel so much better afterwards! This will help with everything including your weight.

Among a few other things. And over the past few months I have torn my boyfriend apart, taken my problems out on him and its to the point of he told me i needed to get help or we couldn't be together anymore.
Avatar f tn The good news is that it only takes about three weeks for cravings to start to subside IF you stop eating junk food completely. Your mood will probably improve as well. Unless you sneak in a few treats here and there (like on a weekend or as a special treat)-this will serve to prolong the cravings and depression indefinitely. If your addiction has advanced enough, even a small treat will be enough to make the cravings return even worse that before.

He has mood swings really bad and it can happen as fast as second by second. There are some other very strange behavior that he has. I have tried to get him help and no one will see him because of his age. To me the sooner I get him help the sooner things will improve. I was wondering where I can get help for him. I know someone who lost 50 unneeded pounds by doing just that. Of course, in the long run, eating healthy is very important. If you're eating a lot of junk food, simply eating half as much junk food probably won't work for you indefinitely.

I was very conservative and instead of quitting I was taking half pill (250mg). Still, I got these symptoms: extreme thirst, extreme hunger, frequent urination, felt I wasn´t absorbing the food I ate return of psychotic symptoms.
