Avatar f tn It is not what she is eating because she is eating what we do but in different portion sizes. Yes her body type appears like she will be very short & thick boned. I can handle her being heavier due to differences like that. Weight gain "fluff" is affecting her arms, & neck, even her face has changed. She is always hot, always thirsty, always hungry and no matter what keeps getting bigger. What do I need to do to get this taken seriously?

Avatar f tn I bought the Quaker smart pops, they have different flavors, and it helps a little, but before the pregnancy I was eating healthy, so I wasn't eating rice, and now, I eat it to see if I'm not as hungry as always anymore, but still lol, it doesn't matter what I eat, and I'm only 8 weeks lol

You should be eating about the same amount of calories for every meal, so you're keeping your blood sugar level all day long. Make sure you get some protein with every meal/snack you eat, as protein fills you up faster and keeps you feeling fuller longer.

It seems that all my effords to limit her eating are going nowhere. She says that she understands the danger of being overweight but she just can not stop eating. We do not have any junk food in the house not we ever go to macdonalds or fast food restaurant. My husband and i are not overweight.

I also try drinking another glass of water before I reach for something to eat in case it is just thirst I am feeling.

Avatar f tn When u get hungry or like u need to snack dont go for veggies smotherd in a thick dressing, go light on the dressing even using vinegeretts or olive oil witha touch of garlic will help or simply eat a yogurt with a small hand full of mini wheats. And make sure u can get atleast a half hr of exersize a day and walking is great.

This has been going on for 2 days now. Sluggishness and dizziness goes away after I have a bowl movement. Why is this? Is it because qinoua rebuilds and gently detoxifies our liver? Healing reaction?

Avatar m tn For about the last year now I have been hungry 90% of the time, I have cereal for breakfast and within 30 minutes im hungry again, i have a mid morning snack which doesnt fill a hole then i end up eating more for my lunch and within an hour ill still be hungry, it carries on like this up until my evening meal. Once ive had that which is never overly big I dont feel hungry again.

I've been dealing with random bouts of diarrhea recently and my cousin was diagnosed last year with a gluten allergy. I know that it can be genetic so I want to try to cut out gluten. However I want to cover lactose intolerance too since I did have cheese and ranch tonight.
