Avatar f tn Another thing that has helped me is greek yogurt. I cant remember the brand but it has a green label and it actually says probiotic on it.
Avatar n tn Actually, I do give him yogurt at every meal (the greek strained kind). He loves yogurt and it does seem to help his digestion. What's more, because of his sensitive stomach, I have had to create a diet for him. After trying many different high quality low allergen foods like Canidae and Smart Balance, he still suffered from loose stools and upset stomach. Whenever he was sick, I would make boiled chicken, brown rice, and yogurt for him and he was almost instantly better.
Avatar f tn Yes yeastie beasties are the worse it's important to finish the dose of meds I used monistat before the doc wrote an rx the over the counter didn't work. Keep the area dry use a panty liners and change after every bathroom visit that helped me along with eating yogurt with active probiotic enzymes and drinking cranberry juice I've only had one so far in 27 wks but it was terrible itchy and burning!
1786778 tn?1314987818 they have to be FREE of all additives such as sugar, salt, soy, gluten etc.....or if you can buy a good brand of yogurt, with multi strains of bacteria...a PLAIN, non flavored, with no additives...you can give him some of that each day and the problem will correct itself in no time... these are human supplements that are safe for kitties, just remember the dosage recommended are for us, a little cat needs much less, I usually put just a sprinkle of the powder in their food. http://www.iherb.
1448936 tn?1363206346 Thanks. I've been eating cereal, oatmeal, fruits, yogurt, peanutbutter crackers..light but healthy stuff. Now I'm getting anxious about the lexapro..I don't want to become dependent on it.
Avatar f tn Eating healthy is like the hardest thing for me to do right now. I want to devour everything and anything, how can I start and make myself eat more healthy?
1648058 tn?1330927302 Frozen yogurt does not have the life cultures in it that regular yogurt does. It wont regulate your PH balance.
Avatar f tn Your really not suppose to use those creams unless your doctor says so.
Avatar f tn In that light I might try scopolamine- skin patches are sold over the counter and are placed on the skin behind the ear-- place your right over the.... that was going to be a joke, sorry-- they don't have to be on any particular area of skin, even though many people think they go behind the ear to affect motion centers there.. but that spot is chosen only because it is a good area with little hair to get in the way.
506820 tn?1295051333 He will not self feed (expect puff or mum mums) and after a major vomitted after eating some blended macoronni casserole (that was a tiny bit chunkier then what he had been eating) he won't eat anything with texture at tall.

621803 tn?1302888341 what I'm looking for in a yogurt is sugar, not a lot of course, and regular ones usually have high fructose syrup. Also, don't give him the sugar-free ones, they have artificial sweetners. I usually buy a big tub of organic, plain or vanilla yogurt and add my own fruit in a blender. That way, I know what's in there!
Avatar f tn I keep watermelon, crackers, nuts, yogurt and cereal in the house this time around. I have three small meals a day, just whenever I feed the little one and hubs, plus two to three tiny snacks. It doesn't always help but the days that it does it feels like a blessing.
Avatar f tn Otherwise you can crush it and put it in yogurt or something you're eating
Avatar f tn Organic cranberry juice is even better. If you are susceptable to UTIs, eating yogurt everyday is an excellent preventative measure. Good luck!
Avatar f tn I have a yogurt for breakfast, fruit and nuts for morning snack, salad for lunch, cucumbers and yogurt dip for afternoon snack, and for dinner lean protein and veggies of some sort, and an evening snack of a soda or lemonade and maybe a couple spoons of ice cream (I can't have too much - lactose intolerant) or a couple craxkers with cheese
512442 tn?1216259500 I don't know about dipping a tampon, but I know eating yogurt is supposed to help. I am allergic to most of the creams and thus usually have to get a prescript from Dr, but friends tell me that monistat 1 works wonders. It is quick and easy to use.
8112046 tn?1396620403 I make egg banana pancakes. You should Google it. I layer them with fresh bananas inbetween too. They're yummy and healthy.
