Avatar f tn My 18 month old daughter has a problem with her eating habbits she loves to drink milk but is a very picky eater i have heard that babies of her age should have 3 full meals a day but she hardly eats 2 full meals she drinks 30 oz or 35 oz of milk in whole day am i giving her alot of milk or is it ok suggest me how can i make her eat her 3 full meals of the day an how much milk should she have in the whole day ....
1462394 tn?1285937517 Suggest you eat 5-6 small meals a day and eat regularly. That helps with digestion and you will be able to get more nutrients into your body. Stay with the foods you can tolerate so you do not have attacks and eat low fat foods, too. Do you have issues with dairy products? If so, then use Soy products which are good substitution for dairy products. Recommend a Heart Healthy diet which is a moderate fat diet.
Avatar n tn HELP!!! I have a 32 month old little boy w/ sever eating disorders. @ 3 wks old he was diagnosed w/ Acid reflux & placed on special formula w/ vitamins & cereal in the formula. His gigging & vomitting slowed down dramaticly. I learned my breast milk was thin & made him vomit due to his reflux. He would spit up so severly that he was have vomit clogging all his airways & have to be cleared to breath.

What should I be more cautious of or what is not so costly since I am growing a human being. I ask because I love to eat, lol pregnant or not pregnant. I just want to find a common ground of being satisfied and eating right. Sounds fat?
Avatar n tn t just randomly skip meals though... Ideally, you should pick a 6-8 hr window and keep your eating within that window each day. You must also make sure that the meals you do eat contain the nutrients you need to be healthy.

They never seemed to figure it out. He has taken medicine for acid reflux and had a scope of his esophagus. Nerve tests were done and found out there were pinched nerves. His neck had cervical disc damage and bone spurs.

Avatar f tn I was a picky and finicky eater as a child. Most kids grow out of it. As long as you make the alternative snacks and meals healthy and not junk, you aren't doing anything wrong by catering to their desires a bit. My husband talks about his mother making liver once a week for dinner and he and all his siblings would have to sit at the table for a full hour because they wouldn't eat it and they'd then get sent to bed without any dinner. I mean . . . come on.

But I always feel like I'm constantly eating. So I just plan on a nap after meals. Just watch for the signs of gestational diabetes. You should be fine. Avatar f tn Now wait -- eating small meals is for people who eat too much, not people who eat too little. If you don't eat much you shouldn't be gaining weight, you should be losing unless what you eat is incredibly high in bad fat and bad calories.
