Vitamins, water and decent calorie intake. I was the same way at first, but I would at least try to eat an apple or orange in the middle of the day. I didn't have too much time in the middle of the day to "snack", with working so much and feeling sick.

I have been using lotion a lot more lately, and have washed all my clothes and bed sheets. We put a hot spot collar on our yellow lab to prevent him from licking his back left paw. We used this type of collar instead of the Renaissance collar usually provided by veterinarians. When we removed it this evening, our dog is limping on his right front leg. We can move the leg, feel his paws, and does walk on it, but will favor or lift the leg when walking or resting. But you seem to be in the early stages so if you begin to recover now, you may not have to struggle down the road and just blow this thing over in one shot. An eating disorder will mess your life up. Being thin isn't worth killing yourself. You are worth so much more than that. I pray that you see that.

We have to take the stigma out of addiction and put knowledge and understanding into the people we trust our lives with. What other thing could cause the tenderness in the area. The antibiotics? Gall Bladder? Pancreas? Would Portal hypertension cause pain? Can my veins be enlarged? This is the worst pain in the area of all the years I have felt.

I am getting a sharp pain in my right side under the right rib shortly after eating. Gripping pain but once passed no pain. Another pain forms below the waist on the right side that almost lays me flat on the floor. It is sharp and burns real bad and the pain tightens up and then is gone.

Also, thanks for letting me know about the niacin side effect. I was unaware. I will say though that the numbness happened almost immediately after I ate the chips and that's been a pattern in the past whether it's chips or hamburgers. I took the niacin about 6-8 hours before the numbness happened and I've been on a daily regimen for maybe 6 months and I haven't seen a correlation in the past.
