7758733 tn?1402589420 Being pregnant, diets are not really encouraged, but when I think of eating right I always have diet in the back of my head as a guideline, like not a lot of bread, don't eat after 8 pm etc. My question is what's the difference? What should I be more cautious of or what is not so costly since I am growing a human being. I ask because I love to eat, lol pregnant or not pregnant. I just want to find a common ground of being satisfied and eating right. Sounds fat?

Avatar n tn he never has trouble sleeping and he has a good appetite at breakfast. I try to get healthy cereals like Total, granola, or multigrain Cheerios. And we use the gummy bear vitamins. I don't know if they help very much but I feel better with him taking them. Finally we use fish oil, which helps with stress, which every family with ADD has lots of. You are right that sleep and food are essential for a healthy child.

Avatar f tn Pregnancy is one thought, but if that's not possible, perhaps your blood sugar is too low when you wake up, perhaps you aren't eating enough breakfast before you do your morning athletics... or perhaps you're eating the wrong kind of breakfast. We'd need to know how soon you're starting your activity after you get up; if you're eating breakfast prior to your activity... what and how much you're eating and the time between eating and the activity.
2020005 tn?1628125976 I can do great exercising, I really push myself to get it done, my down fall is seriously eating healthy. I can eat healthy all day long, then at the end of the day cave completely. I can't let myself ignore my hunger breastfeeding or my supply will completely diminish. I've been eating a good breakfast, good lunch, a snack between lunch and dinner, and then dinner, and a snack later on. I'm having SUCH a hard time eating healthily.

506820 tn?1295051333 I was always hungry, I would eat and then like 15 minutes later was starving again. Hunger pains when you are pregnant are no joke. You need to eat right away. Just carry some granola bars around with you so when you do get hungry you can munch on those.

So it become a habit and I used to keep them in store at office for frequent consumption.Recently I heard about the transfat menace and how dangerously it will affect the arteries. So what is the guarantee that eating these items will improve the health or is it the reverse??

Apples is a great idea and so are the yogurt and granola! Thanks again. Any other suggestions about what people are able to keep down, especially healthy foods, would be great! I find I'm also becoming really addicted to Jamba Juice peanut butter moo shakes!
Avatar f tn M husband and I are loving refrigerator oats right now. 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/4 cup Greek yogurt +I use vanilla+ 1/3 cup milk/ or soy milk Fresh fruit cut up in chunks Honey or raw sugar. Mix it all up the night before put it in the fridge with a lid and its ready in the morning, yo can heat it up too.

Avatar f tn But if your body is use to eating late that is a normal thing. At night when you feel like vommiting drink some water or sprite and try crackers. Thats what helped me some nights.
Avatar n tn The only thing that sounds or tastes good is something with cinnamon, like a bagel or granola bar. Today, I was fine most of the day until that 4pm hour again. I was hungry, then after eating something that sounded good at the time, I felt dizzy and "car sick" again. I was expecting to get my period today, so far nothing and the last test I took on Saturday came up negative right away. I also have a clear white discharge, no smell though.

I am 13 weeks pregnant, went to the Olive Garden and ate the whole meal, then came home and ate two bowls of cereal 20 minutes later.
