I made a blenderful of yougurt, rice
protein powder, raw
egg, banana, and fresh fruit (esp berries) or 'canned' fruit, apple juice, maybe ice cream. And various additions-vit c, joint juice. etc. Some days, I would just sip on that all day. And nibble on English muffins. Dinner was always lightly prepared lean protein, 2-3 veggies, 1 green, 1 yellow (red), one raw (salad) and a whole grain bread thingy. I also had a dessert (usually chocolate). Hey, I wasn't drinkin' anymore.
