I too have a raw stomach from eating raw veggies. I also have trouble digesting nuts now. I get a terrible feeling of dread after eating nuts. My stomach struggles and keeps me up at night with a reflexive action. I have been told that the stomach weakens from emotional turmoil. But, I think that diet can have a lot to do with the stomach weakening anyway. Chinese Medicnine recommends warm foods always. It takes heat to digest food in the stomach.

How can I LIKE foods that just seem so plain to me? Like raw fruits and vegetables. It's one thing to dip a veggie in some dressing, but quite another to just eat it raw. Strawberries and apples are easy to eat plain. But I just can't seem to "get into" liking other fruits and veggies. I want to be able to just eat this stuff instead of reaching for junk.
I was this way for 2 years - recently stopped eating garlic and I seem to be doing much better. I also gave up onions. I cooked lunch and dinner with g & o every day. There are some great posts out there that describe symptoms of a garlic allergy. See if they sound familiar. Oh 2 years ago I had my gallbladder removed. They said some things I was allergic to I would be able to eat and some other things I could now not eat.

I love this cat, her name is Missie, so much and it's killing me to put her through all this. My question is this, she isn't eating. The only thing she will eat is her treats. I have tried different foods from turkey, chicken and real tuna. She licks the gravy off of the canned foods so I made her chicken broth...nope. I've given her cottage cheese which she use to like and now doesn't. I'm going to try baby food next.
I have the exact same symptoms. Within a half hour of eating I get this weird dizziness/drunk feeling, nausea and sometimes headaches. I was tested for Celiac disease because my symptoms matched almost perfectly--came back negative. The only test that has come back positive was mild gastritis and acid reflux via endoscopy. I was prescribed Pariet for that and thought maybe that was the cause so I quit taking them for a while but symptoms continued. My dr. is puzzled as to what it could be.

It was onions for me. I hated onions before I was pregnant but I put them on everything for a few weeks. Then it was spicy chicken sandwiches from a local restaurant here which I tried not to eat because it gave me killer heartburn. Now its 3 musketeers and hot chocolate. I have to have one of each every day. I asked my doc if it was OK because of all the chocolate and he said there wasn't a problem. I'm 32 weeks BTW.

I suffer from very bad gas and can even smell onions when I pass wind after eating raw onions or fried onions. (sorry for that) Last weekend after having a hearty breakfast that included fried onions I suddenly had a painful burning sensation that started at the back of my throat and slowly moved its way down my Oesophagus until it reached my stomach. At the time I thought it was a tablet that I had taken that had got stuck and was making it slow way down.
I can't imagine never eating onions, peppers, tomatoes, or any other veggies and fruits! That would be one boring, tasteless, diet. You don't sound as if you are even willing to give any of these items a try, so I don't know what to tell you.
