Lunch meat isnt good for you to begin with lol dont eat
raw eggs (sunny side up, etc.)
raw fish, fish high in mercury (tuna, etc.) caffeine (i think two cups a day is considered okay though, makes me sick so i dont drink it lol) obviously alcohol, drugs, cigarette.....um....really my dr said to eat healthy and if i slip and eat deli meat a couple times or tuna its not dramatic. Pop is also to be avoided but i still drank some lol drink lots of water, lots of veggies and fruits.
