Avatar f tn I legit tryed everything and nothing works I tried eating spicy food eating a whole pineapple walking sex twice a day yoga ball masage hot bath exc lol and I went 11 fricken days over my due date and ended up having to get a c section because my son didn't drop and I didn't dialate at all hahaa . I'm happy it happened though I felt no contraction pains and my son was 8.10 !!

Avatar n tn We don't really do diet plans, but you can do that via the Diet Diary app... it will help you figure out the number of calories you need/day, plus the amount of protein, carbs, fat, etc... Focus on lean protein, healthful fats, veggies...

Avatar f tn e from protein and carbs equally as ur body needs carbs as a fuel. if you cut down on the fat whilst still eating a balanced diet you should notice a marked improvement in ur weightloss. if ur fond of biscuits for e.g. then make it a plain tea or digestive and no more than 2 at a time. use lean meat and trim off excess if there is any. dry fry stuff or grill/oven bake more and always drink loads of water, if u dnt like plain water add a little sugar free diluting juice to it.
Avatar f tn a small snack with protein after you runs will help your muscle recovery and keep appetite in check. If you enjoy running training for a race like 1/2 marathon is a great way to improve fitness. I like runners worlds plans and Hal Higgins training programs.

People differ in what they need to do to exercise -- if you watch pro athletes interviewed about their eating habits pre-game and post-game, you'll find very different needs . Humans differ.

My boyfriend and I had been due to move to Australia in Feb, but had to cancel our plans as I can't afford medication out there and am lucky enough to be in the UK with the NHS. I have been using the Avonex pen for two months. The side effects are gradually getting better each week, but I HATE doing it so much.

I don't want to do any embarrassing games like eating chocolate pudding from a diaper (I love pudding too much) I am doing the "guess how big my belly is game..." and that's the only one I could come up with. Also, the shower is gonna be in a medium sized meeting/party room in a hotel. Not inviting more than 30ppl or so...

Avatar m tn 4h08:00 without any difficulties cardiac wise! I have not been running as much since the holidays. Maybe once or twice a week. These symptoms appear while at rest. I must admit that I had a bad cold during the holidays that has resolved. Lungs seem clear but I do feel tired and am having some SOB going up stairs. Weight gain approx. 8lbs since the marathon. Any ideas on what is going on?
Avatar n tn All of these symptoms kicked in after I finished three months of training for a half marathon. After the 1/2 marathon the weight just kept coming off which I thought was a blessing. I thought that the exercising caused my thyroid to become overactive along with the stress from graduate school, work and moving. Do you think running 15 to 20 miles a week and lifting weights for 45 minutes 3 times a week would lead to thyroid problems? Has anyone tried taking Iodine supplements?

I am a thirteen year old (turning 14 in June) girl and weigh 116 pounds and I'm 5 ft 5 inches. I'm not quite sure on what information is needed, but the main issue is that I am hardly eating. During breakfast I'll have a bowl of cereal. During lunch in school I normally eat a decent amount of my food but I'm not hungry.

I try to get help, i'm seeing a psychologist but can only afford 2 times a month and isn't helping because sometimes goes to once a month.
