Avatar m tn How is your exercise and diet. I've found that exercise, even a short walk, and eating clean will make our break your energy level. You are doing great, look how far you have come! Once you hare leveled out somewhat, you have to remember that you will have a new type of longer sustained energy not the super high and then super low energy that the substance gave you. They live on plankton, are not a big concern for mercury, have omega-3, protein, B12 - but if you have issues with gout be careful because they also have purines. The wonderful tufted puffins we saw at the beach in Oregon live on sardines (and anchovies).

Avatar n tn this is a great site to have all these questions answered unfortunatley I know nothing of sub, but taking it for energy is only going to lead you to needing more and more to get thru the day. Every time you up your dosage on anything you need to continue at that strengh or you risk withdrawling. I hope you will consider trying something else for energy like healthy eating, excersing, getting proper rest.

I had a lot of trouble sleeping in the beginning and I just started to sleep a little more soundly so my energy is now creeping back. But I hear you about the laundry. At least you did a load! I would sit on the couch after I put my son to bed and I just couldn't get back up. Laundry, dishes, cleaning needed to be done but it just didn't. Just give yourself some time, and give yourself a break.

Avatar f tn pre pregnancy i was a workoutaholic. i worked out 5-7 days a week for 1-2 hours a day. i'd been like that since i was in high school. my swim coach made us workout and practice 6 days a week for 4-5 hours a day (needless to say i was in awesome shape then). but since having my twin boys i have zero energy. i know i need to work out. i WANT to work out but i just don't have the energy. i do watch what i eat. i don't eat nearly as much as i did when i was pregnant and i eat healthy.

Avatar f tn My doctor said more protien in your diet, it helps keep your energy levels up. Like when you eat you get a burst of glucose (sugars) and have some energy that gets used up but protien helps maintain that energy.
