Fatigue Fatigue also ranks high among early symptoms of pregnancy. During early pregnancy, levels of the hormone progesterone soar. In high enough doses, progesterone can put you to sleep. At the same time, lower blood sugar levels, lower blood pressure and increased blood production may team up to sap your energy. Slight bleeding or cramping For some women, a small amount of spotting or vaginal bleeding is one of the first symptoms of pregnancy.
Your body goes through many changes when you become pregnant. Possible early signs of pregnancy can include the following: A) Amenorrhea B) Morning Sickness C) The need to urinate more often D) Tender breasts E) Cravings All of the above are signs that may say you are carrying a child, however, proceed with caution. These signs are not proof positive. The first step on your mission of truth is a home pregnancy test. These are available in any drug store.
That was my first sign of pregnancy. I had a couple of spots of blood two days before my period was due and nothing else. The period pains were constant. I took a test two days after my period was due and it was positive.. in seconds that little pink line popped up. I have a very regular cycle though... right on 28 days every month.
ended up inside of me, but he did pull out shortly after. Within 2 weeks, I had a sudden nosebleed, which I haven't gotten since I was young. I also started to notice a thick, white discharge (no odor) right around the time my period was due (today). This discharge usually only occurs to me shortly after my period has ended. I am very gassy and constipated. My breasts aren't sore at all or darker in color, but they do seem to be getting a little bigger.
I would like to know from anyone or everyone what their early signs/ symptoms of pregnancy was. And when were they confirmed, as in how far along were you when you found out you were indeed pregnant? Some of the signs/symptoms I am at the moment experiencing are in the order of degree..
17 also, but since those days I have had unprotected sex on more than one occasion, since my last period and I first started filling pressure and slight nausea no vomitting on Dec. 25 and that lasted for 2 1/2 weeks along with a week of tender pain at the tip of my nipples, and they have all gone but now this week I have had light to mild cramping beginning this week along with I've lost some weight along the 2 weeks and now with the cramping when I eat it feels like I am bloated.
I was 35 weeks when my son was born. I was in the hospital for about 2 weeks, i went home for 2 nights and then my water broke and I went in and had a normal labour and delivery. He did stay in the NICU for a couple of weeks. But he is healthly and happy.
I was doing great until my dr broke my watter then I went from a pain level of 2 or 3 to 9 in a matter of seconds and diolated 3X faster than my dr wanted me to for the first hour. I did birth with pain meds in the IV, they didn't actually take the pain away, but they made me "loopy" so I could get a little sleep. I was walking around and feeling great right after birth.
heh =) I was just curious what some of your early early symptoms of pregnancy were. Like early as in 2-3 dpo and on! For some of us waiting I know this would be great to obssess over! Thanks!
Thats a very broad question just because numerous pregnancy symptoms are also symptoms of other things. For me I had no symptoms (other than my missed period) until week nine. Then I had nausea, vomiting (typical morning sickness), tender beasts, light lower abdominal cramping, and exhaustion. Mind you though I usually had all of that (minus the vomiting) a day or two before my period would show up. Even the nausea lol.

We were going through things such as early signs of labor, breathing techniques and watched a short labor movie. On the drive home Warren mentioned that I was 5 for 5 in the early labor signs. Hmmm. Increased lower abdominal cramping...check. Increased Braxton Hicks, sometimes painful now...check. Bloody show...sort of, although just a little bit. Almost constant lower back pain...check.
My first sign of being pregnant this time around was lower back pain, pretty intense like my period was coming. But it lasted so long, I had it for like 2 weeks before I took a test and it was positive. Also peeing a lot can be an early sign. I always pee a lot in the beginning. But all of that could also be signs of your period comin...
I don't have any sexually transmitted diseases, I don't have any infections that I am aware of, and I have a very normal temperature of 98.6. Aside from taking 5 positive pregnancy tests, the only other signs of pregnancy has been my very mild cramping/pulling, extreme fatigue, and I am very emotional. What could this be? Do you think the baby and I are okay?
This pregnancy, though, I had period-like cramping (though milder) for most of the first trimester (I'm now 25 weeks and all is fine). My ob/gyn said it is only dangerous if it is accompanied by bleeding, but did a couple of extra ultrasounds to make sure everything was okay. She also said that cramping which leads to m/c progresses - it gets worse with time, and is soon accompanied by bleeding. So don't worry!!
Hello ladies, here I am 4 dpt and I am wondering how I can suss out any pregnancy signs? The progesterone was giving me sore bbs before the transfer even happened. I have been having some twinging and the past 2 days have been a bit gassy (I am a joy to be around ^_^) but that is no different than when af is coming. I have been sleeping a heck of a lot more however and have a slight headache.

Again around the 5th day after transfer I got the same early pregnancy signs and, in addition, a day earlier I felt a pinching feeling in uterus. Again on the 9th day all signs out of nothing disappeared. This time I was extremely careful, spent 5 days really in bed and then started slowly moving around the house and went for a small walk, but still took a lot of rest. However, looks like it is over again and what bothers me is the same pattern with the 1st cycle.
During the very early days of pregnancy, do you get light cramping? (no bleeding) i was told by someone that its the baby bedding its self in. is this true and is my cramping normal.
Many women on this forum who hav egone through IUI or IVF , when they had positive result said they couldn't believe it because they had no symptoms.
amanda, you could be less far along than you think - maybe you ovulated a week late, so you're not 4 weeks 1 day pregnant, but less than that. Best wishes.
Those are some of the signs of pregnancy. I know my smell sensitivity started very early on. My first trimester I could hardly stand the smell of anything -- even good smelling stuff. It was like the smell was magnified ten-fold and it was quite overwhelming. My breasts were also tender as well. However, it is important to note that most women do not even realize they are pregnant at that point, and most do not experience symptoms that early on.
I just found out on monday that im 5 weeks and its my first pregnancy and the doctor told me if i have any signs of bleeding to go straight to the hospital.
With all of my pregnancies, even those that ended in miscarriage, my first signs were sore breasts and heightened sense of smell. By my third pregnancy, I knew long before I got a positive test because I could small what my upstairs neighbors were cooking from the parking lot.
I was cramping for several weeks in very early pregnancy. Like, before six weeks pregnant. The cramping could be normal. I had no spotting though so I can't give you advice on that. How many times has she had her HCG checked?
People who want to be pregnant report signs of pregnancy, even signs of very late pregnancy, like back aches or food cravings very very early. Sometimes, it's a happy coincidence. Prayers that you're pregnant! Any "symptoms" would be purely coicidental, but best wishes!
They could be anything. I doubt any of it's related to pregnancy though, only because it is the hCG that causes those, and you wouldnt have any in your body just yet. (As you're already aware of, lol) If I had to guess, I'd say it's from ovulation personally. I do hope though that you'll get your positive this month though. Good luck!!
HI! It is definitely normal to have increased discharge because of the increased hormone levels. The brownish color suggests blood, but old blood. It is just about the right time for implantation bleeding, and that is not a bad thing. You only need to worry if the discharge gets red or heavy. The cramping is also normal as long as it is fairly mild. You are probably correct about the cause of the pressure. Bowel habbits become very different during pregnancy. Good luck and Congratulations!
