Even before a woman misses her period she might have some early signs and symptoms of pregnancy which begin in the first few weeks after conception. These symptoms may/may not be seen in few women. The first signs of pregnancy are fatigue, nausea, frequent urination, and breast tenderness which may be seen before a missed period .The cause is rising hormones levels in early pregnancy. Wait for your periods. If you miss them take up pregnancy test again.

Boobs were sore and TMI but I had a very LONG bowel movement. I found out only 10 days after conception. A lot of my symptoms were similar to my period symptoms but my boobs just kept hurting beyond my standard few days. We were trying to conceive so I tested as soon as I could.

I don't think a pregnancy test would show postitive after 7 days, it's too early. The earliest I ever got a positive reading on a sensitive test was 11 days past ovulation... and this showed a very faint line that I could hardly see. It really sounds unlikely that the other guy is the father, I think you're safe! Good luck!
What are the early signs of conception. My ovulation dates were 8-11 apr. i HaV had unprotected sex with my husband to concieve during this time. 'm unsure of how long to wait for the tests. Or should I just try for few more times to wait until my next period??

ive taken more than enough hpt and all said NEG, i went to the hospital on May 14th 2010 had blood test and NEG, what is goin on, im not stress, i think its normal for some1 especially a female to be cautious of there bodies and know when something is not rigt, like a missed period.. The reason why I was asking about signs & symtoms of early pregnancy is because I'm almost 40 & I've never gottin pregnat untill Nov. 2006 & I had a miscarriage on Jan. 4, 2007. I thought I was preg. for a long time. I took test after test, But they would say I wasn't preg. I am irregulair. So I don't go every 28 days. But on Dec. 24 2006 I found out I was preg. I was so happy that I cryed for about an Hour. Then two weeks later I had the miscarriage.

There aren't a lot of signs and symptoms for the first two weeks before you miss your period that reliably indicate pregnancy and not just your period coming. You can even test (with an early-results test) before you miss your period, so essentially you're talking about the first ten or so days after presumed conception, six of which the embryo is still floating around and not connected to the uterus yet, (so there won't be signals those days.
s next period would have been due (or 12 to 14 days after conception). In many cases, a woman will not notice any signs until 1 to 2 weeks after her period was due (or 5 to 6 weeks of the pregnancy), when the HCG level is sufficicently high enough to affect her body.
