I am no doctor, but I also had lost about 30 pounds in the course of a month because I too had an anxiety disorder that resulted in my loss of
appetite (especially early
in the morning). I as overwhelmed by school, work, and family life, but I have always thrived in stressful environments, so this loss of appetite became a problem for me. I would skip breakfast, take a bite of a burger and quit for lunch and drink copious amounts of water every day.
