Common Questions and Answers about Early pregnancy symptoms endometriosis

pregnant

Avatar f tn I saw an excision specialist - highly regarded as one of the best in the field in the city that I live in. She flat out denied the possibility of there being any endometriosis in my body, said it had nothing to do with endometriosis and said I need to see a primary care doctor to rule out other possibilities. I'm going to see my regular doctor on Friday. The problem is that I've never had GI symptoms from endometriosis before, only symptoms of the bladder/pelvic pain.
Avatar m tn 1 out of every 10 women have endometriosis...the most important protocol to get rid of endometriosis is early diagnosis (which you are young and it is suspected so this is good not bad!) then the next step in this is to see and endometriosis excision specialist to have your diagnostic laproscopy (which is not a big deal) and by having this done by a specialist rather then your regular gyn...they will excise (cut out) all disease found and you should be good if they get it all...
Avatar n tn My bfp cycle I actually did not have any symptoms. In fact, many ladies do not get any real pregnancy symptoms till after 8 weeks. I hope IUI works for you and 2009 starts with a BFP!!
Avatar f tn ) A lot of people including myself felt amazing during pregnancy. I mean I had no energy but the pain was gone. However I had rectovaginal Endometriosis at the time so the rectal pain was very bad. Parts of what you feeling can come with pregnancy but it seems a little early however the best thing you can do is talk to your doctor about. I would think that being pregnant would suppress the period therefore suppress the pain. Many people are different of course.
1128692 tn?1265143482 I had emergency surgery for pelvic pain on October 26th, 2009 where they found out I had severe endometriosis. My doctor told me to go ahead and try for a baby since if I wait too long, it may become more difficult to get pregnant. My boyfriend and I tried last month and I think i may be preg. since Iam having all the symptoms(headaches, nausea, hungry all the time, sore breasts and creping).
Avatar f tn I have endometriosis too and had a laparoscopy when I was 21. I had my first baby boy at 23 and the second at 24. I was told that you are more fertile after having the surgery and aparently it worked! Don't give up hope, but know that your symptoms aren't neccessarily like what they see. You could have very bad symptoms and not a lot of endometriosis or a lot and no symptoms. i hope that helps. Feel free to ask any more questions!
10905170 tn?1414131788 My only concern is last month and this month I get symptoms of a period at the time my cycle use to come. Has anyone ever experienced this?
2176548 tn?1340677817 However this does not happen in early pregnancy. Also pregnancy cannot be diagnosed based on symptoms only. If periods are missed then a pregnancy test can be taken. Serum HCG levels and an ultrasound scan will help confirmation of pregnancy. Hope this helps.
1343283 tn?1300898264 Anyway, i am currently 4 dpo and i was wondering when others have seen prehancy symptoms start? i know i am too early right now and that everyone is different. i guess this is my way of dealing with the 2ww ;) thanks!
Avatar f tn Hi guys, I'm currently 20 and I've had excruciating gas pains, diarrhea, as well as constipation & bloating since I started my period back in 6th grade. My periods have always been heavy, sometimes (not always) lasting longer than a week. Within the two years, I have occasionally felt an aching/gnawing pain in both my legs down to my ankles when I'm on my period. My cramps & diarrhea have gradually become worse, along with the gas pains and bloating.
Avatar f tn I have adenomyosis another related type uterus issue. I didn't develop this until a few years ago so with my first pregnancy I didn't have this condition. This pregnancy is very much so different. I have extreme pressure and pain, bleeding and spotting. I typically gave mild to moderate pain in my pelvic area right before, during and after my periods so I'm guessing maybe for me this will just be the case with this pregnancy.
1741246 tn?1311324281 I have endometriosis, and about 10 years ago I had the surgery where they cleaned up all the fibroids. My only symptoms of the endo are extreme lower back pain and cramps when I ovulate. Ten days ago I had a frozen embryo transfer, and am on my two week wait until my blood pregnancy test. (3 sleeps left) The last two nights asleep, I have been awakened by the same kind of ovulation pains & cramps.
Avatar n tn The endometriosis should not affect your pregnancy. Your pregnancy, on the other hand, might help you endometriosis. By the way, I disagree with the 1/1,000,000 odds. With IVF, had you required it, your chances with severe endometriosis would be reasonably good, depending on your age. Hope things are going well for you.
Avatar f tn Has anyone ever experienced their early pregnancy symptoms coming and going? Some days I feel aweful and others I don't feel anything?
Avatar f tn Completely normal, that's usually how people figure out they are expecting! I found out very early and that's only cause my breasts were killllling me. Everyone has different experiences and feelings. I didn't have any sickness nor did I ever feel sick but My sister felt sick and was puking her whole pregnancy.
Avatar f tn What was everyone early pregnancy symptoms? I've only had cramping and constipation. Anyone else?
Avatar n tn I started feeling symptoms 2 weeks before my period... I had been trying to get pregnant for 3 years with my husband and couldn't.
Avatar n tn How early can you have symptoms of pregnancy? And when do you start getting lochia?
