Had anyone had any signs/symptoms of early pregnancy before they missed their period? I've been having some things that coulda an pregnancy or it could mean something else. I have about a week before I can take a test and I'm just wondering if its possible. Thanks!!

Got it a day after I missed my period. Last month, my period was short and not a normal heavy flow. But now, I'm spotting. Nothing heavy or anything like my normal periods. Light cramping and light spotting.

Early response tests can give you a positive result before your missed period - they say "up to 5 days early" but obviously that won't give everyone an accurate result so early. I found out two days early with my last pregnancy, we were ttc and I was just feeling kinda funny.

The thing is I have taken 2 pregnancy test, one 3 days before my missed period at the end of last month and the 2nd one I took the 3rd of this month. Both were negative, but I'm 11 days late. And I was extremely emotional so I figured it was my period but for some reason was extremely shocked to find out I was pregnant. Have no idea why... We literally tried for two months ahahah! Some clinics due early pregnancy tests I know they charge but wouldn't hurt to try a home test!

Same here. I had symptoms pretty much since baby implanted himself 5 days before I missed my period. I took a dollar store hpt on the day I was supposed to get my period and it was positive. I even took 3 different brands of dollar store tests and all were positive. I had a fever and food aversions since 5 days before I took the test, and had nausea without vomiting the whole first trimester. Having early pregnancy symptoms is just as normal as not having them early on.

I would say wait until the day of your missed period and take an early response pregnancy test

Wait for your missed period and take a test. Your symptoms are on point but it's the only way to know for sure.

I'm sorry, your symptoms are too soon. Your stomach isn't going to be hard at any point in pregnancy unless you're having a contraction, and it also will not be larger this early. Baby is too small to cause any form of belly. Your symptoms sound more GI related, I would speak to your doctor about it.

Honestly, early pregnancy and the beginning of your period are so similar, it's hard to tell the difference just from your symptoms. If you think you've alread missed your period, just go take a test !
