Sir, I have been taking this drug (around 30 capsules daily)having the composition - Dicyclomine hydrochloride 10 mg, Dextropropoxy-phene hydrochloride 65 mg, Paracetamol 325 mg from 1997.My left foot (till just below knee) and my finger tips has a strange sensation permanently.It feels like when you sit in a position for a long time.like having a sensation yet no feeling.Now what can i do to start getting rid of this abuse and improve my health. Unfortunately it is not uncommon if you miss a dose to be experiencing these problems if your on a high dose, my patients even at a dose of 30mg do experience brain zaps, nausea and vomiting even with just one day missed.

He did all the tests of motor, sensory, reflexes, gait, etc, and they were normal. He put me on a higher dose (double) of Cymbalta (duloxetine hydrochloride) to see how I go. I would not have recommend you to go onto duloxetine, in some, duloxetine can cause kidney and liver problems, drinking alcohol while taking this drug will unfortunately increase that risk and even more so with someone with your condition.

I need answers!, i swallowed 56 x 10mg oxycontin, 56 x 20mg oxycontin, 84 x 30mg clonazepam, and roughly 60 x 30mg duloxetine, this was on aug 13th 2010.....i'm still here...wtf !....how can my body deal with such a high amount of drugs......my doc seems to think they stuck in my gullet and did not get absorbed........this is an insult to my intelligence !.......can you please provide answers please.

The only thing I have found in the literature so far that I can try is combining Gabapentin with Duloxetine. I did take Duloxetine previously for pain (adjunct to the Celebrex) and it did help, but my GP is skeptical that Gabapentin would help even if combined with Duloxetine. Does anyone else have Osteoarthritis and is unable to take NSAIDS and have you found a medication that works? Thanks in advance for your replies.

I think my anxiety attacks are pretty much under control since I take the duloxetine, and I really think with me taking Duloxetine and me completely stopping the vyvanse was why I didn't have a harder time coming off the medication.

t work for you after giving it a month to take effect try a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRI) like Duloxetine (Cymbalta, Yentreve). It acts a bit differently than the common selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) like Zoloft you are taking. So if Zoloft really don't work i would realy sugest the Cymbalta. There are medications that can help alleviate the burning/pain. One of the main ones is Duloxetine, which is a generic for Cymbalta. I take that for my neuropathy… It helps considerably, but doesn’t eliminate the pain. If you look it up, Cymbalta (Duloxetine) is listed as an anti-depressant, but it’s used “off label” quite often for pain. Check with your doctor and see if that might be possibility for you.

I have been put on metformin hydrochloride 500 twice a day to decrease sugar levels. hernia op delayed because of this. diabetic type 2 and had always controlled by diet but sugar count creeping in the mornings so told dr who issued prescription. have been on just over 2 weeks yet morning tests show very little decrease 7.2 to 8.00. Told to wait 6 weeks for reconsideration on op. I know when they do blood test some sort of average is established so just morning count not all that is relevant. ?
