Then, under the remaining choices, estimate how much you might pay for care you use regularly. With co-insurance (you pay a percentage) increasingly replacing co-pays (you pay a flat fee), you may need to call your providers to find out their full rate.

Avatar f tn t know if I should wait it out and maybe it will get better once I meet my deductible. Or should I just pay another 200 for supplemental insurance. there is only one company that will give me insurance at this point. Does anyone know if that will offset the cost of prenatal care? Is there anybody else who has experienced this that can give me some advice.

Avatar f tn is it normal to be paying up-front before treatment, ie. have an initial visit ($140 + tax, 1 hr 15 mins) and a follow-up visit ($65 + tax, 30 mins) before sessions begin ($40)? Should I consider it like any other medical practice where having consultations is simply practical and also of course paying for the doctor's time? Sorry if too many questions, I truly appreciat the help here since it sometimes seems the only place to turn besides my clinic, and I value the advice here very much.

OR 500 ded/3,500 oop, drugs and copays don't go twoard ded and copays still apply even after oop has been met. Still have to pay for drugs even after oop has been met. So, I think you answered our questions. :) We're going to go with the first option.

1569985 tn?1328247482 I have no experience with Norplace, but I do take generic everything... now even on Metoprolol regular release to get the generic. The generic is about the cost of aspirin (well a bit more but in that price range) and I take Warfarin. I started on Toprol XR then Metorprolol SR, now Metoprolol which I take twice a day (12 hours). Warfarin is just once a day. All generics work for me, or work as well.
Avatar m tn WOW 6 80s a day thats quite a habit...I dont understand if you told them at the drug rehab you shooting them up there would be no question of abuse something dosent sound right here...well there are 2 avenues to take here if you still got a bunch left you could taper off some and get down to a lower dose then jump off and hang on the withdrawals are doable but no fun....plan 2 is just to jump off C/T and bit the bullet you will be sick for a week but you will not dye from it...
Avatar m tn hello, i don't know if this is the right place to ask this question but i am applying for health insurance and i had questions about the 'annual deductible'. Is this something i have to pay before i get coverage? or how does this work out? It's a temporary health plan by the way (6 months) with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. So Could anyone possibly explain this deductible to me please?
1310633 tn?1430224091 Starting in 2013, the tax-deductible amount a worker may contribute to a flexible spending plan will be set at $2,500 and adjusted for inflation thereafter. Currently there is no official limit, but employers set one for each plan. Money contributed to FSAs may be used to pay for qualified health expenses but generally must be spent during the calendar year. And in 2011, the law narrowed the list of qualified expenses that an FSA could pay for.
Avatar m tn I have Hep C and my deductible is to high for me to pay up front $6500.00.In the past I've made to much and I owe the IRS a lot,I can't afford my mortgage any more, going to lose the house. I'm 66 years old and thinking of retiring as of June 1st. Do not see any other options. Is there any funding that I can apply for to pay my deductible so I can get on the Harvoni program that I was approved for by Medicare but can't meet the deductible requirements to get the Meds.?
290018 tn?1240365868 Our deductiable is about$1500, and we run on a calendar year meaning that if we have the baby in january anything else I need for the rest of the year will be covered by our insurance...unfortantly from what I understand we wont get the tax break on our return which is usually about $1500 unless the baby is born in 08. Anyone else having issues with this?

483733 tn?1326798446 The deductible applies to collision and comprehensive coverages only. This means there is a $500 deductible for damage you do to your own vehicle. There is no deductible on liability coverage, so damage you do to someone else's vehicle is not subject to deductible. Your concern about the premiums is a valid one, however. I think you did the right thing in finding the owner of the car.
