s still on drugs and now we have been advice to write a afidavit in which we plead for the judge to send them both for a full rehab program, for both of them pose a danger to us, their daughter and themselves and we do not know how to go about it, is there perhaps somebody who are able to assist us.

i agree with them . whatever happens in the future, if you go to rehab will be better for you, it's not a matter of ct or not, you need probes of your determination too. don't punish yourself more and start looking for help and a place to rehab. .... you'll feel much better once you have taken those steps and you're the first who has to look for and find the end of the tunnel.
WOW 6 80s a day thats quite a habit...I dont understand if you told them at the drug rehab you shooting them up there would be no question of abuse
something dosent sound right here...well there are 2 avenues to take here if you still got a bunch left you could taper off some and get down to a lower dose then jump off and hang on
the withdrawals are doable but no fun....plan 2 is just to jump off C/T and bit the bullet
you will be sick for a week but you will not dye from it...
Also he entered a rehab facilities he has been in detox for two weeks then he goes to rehab for another 5.... just curious if once they sober up the bad behavior lie cheating stops... does anybody have a good come comeback story where they cheated came back from rehab and were able to start over fresh... that's what I'm hoping for because I don't want to give up on my marriage but I cannot continually be disrespected either.... thoughts anyone???
I think the family needs some good advice and support from a drug counselor. Things seem very out of control and there are many ways to leverage her into rehab. (For example temporary custody of the children. Etc.) Time for tough love. and ultimatums.
I would try to go the detox/rehab route because of the combination of the drugs and alcohol. A focused intervention with a drug counselor could be set up with a trip to detox immediately. Look in your phone book for drug/alcohol assistance.
I was in rehab for the first time in March. Was only there for 2 weeks because I found out I was pregnant about a week into treatment. They tested me when I got there but the results didn't come back until 7 days into treatment. I was already out of detox. So I chose to stay clean and not get back on anything. They wanted to put me back on methadone which is what they used to wean me off the oxy contin.

Tom is unsure if drug rehab is appropriate because it's less obvious that the drugs are the real issue especially since he doesn't do them ALL the time (except for weed). Hi mjui. It sounds like you are putting a lot pressure on yourself to get your son to continue his therapy after he gets out of rehab. I completely understand how you feel, but this is a decision that your son will have to make. I truly hope that he will change his mind and continue his therapy. Have you asked him why he no longer wants to continue therapy? Is there a reason why he is so anxious? I can understand that he would have some anxiety, but it sounds like his anxiety is severe.
He was out for 1 hour and passed his drug test.He does not like rehab and to be honest i thought he would have left by now.But he is so determind to be drug free ,im proud of him as i always thought the worst would happen to James .He finds the meetins hard and to open up but i think that will come in time.Frank says its got to come from James and will eventually come. James will be 1 week clean tomorrow.And over the worst of physical w/dsHe still feels agitated when pushed.

Sign into the hospital or drug rehab they will help it's gonna be hard but don't think about ur self think about that blessing God has given u if this baby can't make u stop then maybe nothing can get help before you hurt your baby I have had friends addicted to drugs I'm an ex drug addict 4 1/2 yrs clean u can do it I will be praying for you and hope u make the right choice God bless you
he has been in and out of rehab and is currently in rehab for 65 days. he was clean for 2 years somewhere in the 13 years of use but obviously relapsed. he steals my car money and other items to trade for crack, he seems to find these items even tho i hide them. he stays gone for hours to days at a time. it is emotionaly physically and financialy draining me. our sex life is a joke he will not have sex with me when he binges which is becoming atleast once a week.
My brother is addicted to drugs and is unable to stop on his own, the drugs are hard core. He has gone to jail several times for having drug paraphanalia. He comes before a judge again the end of the month. Can you suggest the best way to write a letter to the judge asking him to rmandate that he goes to a ************** program?
My son who is in a drug court program is drug tested every thursday. It's always a urine test but was given a saliva test a few weeks ago and it showed a trace of oxycodone. He has been clean over 500 days and is adamant about it being a mistake. He had a hair follicle test performed but the court won't accept it because it supposedly only shows chronic use, not a one time use.
Needing to go and WANTING to go are two different things...do you want to get clean and stay clean? Having a plan for after rehab is crucial to you staying clean. I was taking up to 10-15 10/325 Norco a day. Then I found heroin. Bad choice. My last using day of anything was feb 14th. And I was using pills for 4 yrs and heroin for 2yrs. I have 73 days clean and I didn't go to rehab. BUT I did change anything and everything that made me want to use.
Now we have had her in a rehab center for 3 weeks and she has been detoxed and sober now for over a week. The real work and therapy has begun. The doctors say there is a big difference between sober and recovered. We have spent countless hours in family therapy and learning how to change things when she gets out so that nothing can cause one of her triggers to make her want to take again. This has been the hardest thing our family has done but we decided that she was worth every effort.
SERIOUS help. Is rehab (a treatment-center) an option for him? If not, at the very least, he needs to get himself to a hospital so he can detox all the b/s out of his system before it KILLS him.
Mixing all of the things you mention is a killer combination, as Tramahater indicated. Ticking time-bomb to say the least...

i have never heard of someone taking this for taking the edge off when quitting coke. although they have tested a new drug for cocaine addiction, it has not been approved by the fda yet. i used for coke for 5 years very heavily and went c/t as the physical w/d's from coke are so minimul, but it is the mental part that is devastaing. have you tried n/a meetings, counselling. quitting this drug is a devil to quit and as of now, there is now pill that will help as i know of.
I have been addicted to pain killers for 6+ years. I've decided that enough is enough & I can't continue to live like this anymore. I am 3 days clean & currently going through withdrawls. I can not afford rehab, or have anyone to care for my children if I could afford to go. I don't know if wanting to quit & change my life is enough for me to kick this. My husband knows about my addiction, I went to him for help. He doesn't understand why I can't just stop.
say he is not allowed to see his child till you know for 100% fact he is clean! Check into rehab or have him pay for a test every 3 days and make him give it to you..
Make him work for it!!
Meth is expensive if he can afford to buy it then he can afford to pay for a drug test every 3 days to give to you so he can see his baby...
Did anyone see the rehab show last night. I can't imagine a rehab place letting women jump in a pool where it was so bad they couldn't show it on TV. I thought sex was not allowed in rehab and I considered that letting that happen was a big no no on the part of the rehab facility.
I also see that Daniel Baldwin wants to leave. I use to like the guy now I think he is full of sh@@. I also think he is using.
Don't they do blood tests to see if people are using??
