If my wife had given me free room and board, let me be as mean to her as I wanted, and there were no consequences to my drug abuse, I would be dead today. You can ask around here, I am not a bad person or of low moral character, I am an addict. When people say you are enabling your man, it means you are part of his problem. The dilated pupils are certainly a sign of narcotic drug abuse and is to be a concern to you. As her sister I would confront her about your concerns and offer to help her. Selling heroin is a path that many addicts get to when they can no longer afford the drug. I've done it and many others have and it only leads to bad things. Getting arrested for selling a drug like that would ruin her life and she prob. doesn't realize right now what shes doing.
