doxycycline vomit

After 25 days of Doxicline antibiotic in wich my toy poodle was fed his Royal Canine kibble and a teasponn of a/d science diet for appetite increase, after treatment Vet switch him to same kibble and puppy chiken can food . 2Days later started vomit the water and wanted no at all, seems to have nausea all times. After some I gave him back the a/d mix again so finally ate!

He now wakes up every morning feeling like he needs to vomit running to the toilet. He never vomits but coughs and welches like he is about to. All tests come back negative. We have done scope, ultrasound, MRCP, stomach emptying test, rounds of blood work. We saw a different pediatric GI to see if he needs ERCP and he did not think he needs it. His liver enzymes are normal and so are all the X-rays. We have tried protonix, balcofen muscle relaxer, propranolol, Donnatal with no results.

How affective is doxycycline 100mg when taken for a period of seven days to cure infections and std's present in the body alone with a shot a penicillin.

where did the pills come from?

I took Doxycycline for 10 days to treat a sinus infection. A week after finishing the Doxy I developed a sore throat and sore tongue. I'm assuming it is a reaction to the drug. How long will this stay in my system and is there anything I can take to alleviate the reaction?

I have been on doxycycline an antibiotic for about 5 days and i seem to be feeling very anxious and panic like. Does anyone know if this can cause these symptoms. I am also on 25mg of zoloft. Thanks for any help you can give me.

doxycycline is what they treat you with for lyme right? Odd thing but my gyno called me in that medicine for a common thing probaly yeast infection... i just talked to the recpetionist not the actual doctor because it was very minor she said. But anywho should i take it? Obviously i should but should i take it when im a positive for lyme but have no LLMD yet and my ID just got back to work today so shes catching up with everyhting and havent looked at my results yet.

I took single dose of doxycycline everyday for 6 weeks during the summer. Would that have cleared a chamydia infection.

I seem to be having a rash reaction to Doxycycline and have taken Benedryl...so far, no other symptoms after 10 hours. 1) Would 5 days of doxycycline and on day 6 the 1.5 g zithromax cure chlamydia if present? 2) I used zithromax back in july for an ear infections. Would this build up resistance against chlamydia due to overuse of zithromax?

I am visiting Laos/Thailand in Jan 2011 and I have been advised to take anti-malaria tablets while there called Doxycycline. Does anyone know if there is any interaction between these two drugs? Can it make one or the other not work as effectively? Thanks.
