Besides Clonazepan, Solof, Lorazepan, Divalproex, Citalopran, Donepezil,Divalproex, Enalapril, Carb/Levo tab she started taking Ziprasidone four weeks ago.Please tell me if she should stop taking some of those medications.
or is it remaining symptoms of the effexor discontinuation??? At what point can a person determine that it is NO LONGER discontinuation symptoms and that you need an antidepressant to stabilize mood? 3 months, 6 months, 1 year??????

She is not alcoholically person and never drink in her live. She has heart disease and take atorvastatin for 10 years and also donepezil and ladiomil for 4 years. Since her doctor discover problem with GOT and GPT she stopped taking atorvastatin (3mounts before) because they were suspicious that atorvastatin was reason for this problem but again GOP and GPT increase. Next step was cancer marker (CA19-9 = 34.4, AST = 5.47, CEA=3.22) and virus markers (HBsAg Es = 0.13 negative, Anti-HCV = 0.
Three cases occurred in situations where there was not a clear relationship to abrupt dose reduction or discontinuation. In one instance, seizure occurred after discontinuation from a single dose of 1 mg after tapering at a rate of 1 mg every 3 days from 6 mg daily. In two other instances, the relationship to taper is indeterminate; in both of these cases the patients had been receiving doses of 3 mg daily prior to seizure. The duration of use in the above 8 cases ranged from 4 to 22 weeks.
The nausia is most likly due to the abrupt discontinuation of the Effexor.
If she has been taking Effexor for more than a few months and then has abruptly stoped taking it, then I am supprised that she is even functional.
A cold turkey discontinuation of Effexor, (or any AD medication) will almost always produce very nasty results that are often very severe in nature.

I now also have burning/freezing pain in both legs that is sometimes unbearable (especially at nights) and body-wide twitching
1- I have read that Cipro can have peripheral neuropathy, panic attacks and twitching as side effect that can start (or go on) even months after discontinuation of medication. I know this is more common with the oral/IV Cipro but I may have used the CiproDex for longer duration that was prescribed. I believe that I was misdiagnosed with anxiety and hyperthyroidism.
You say that you have only been taking it for 4 weeks? Your question is maybe and maybe not. There is a good chance that since you have only been taking Celexa for 4 short weeks that you will not experience a bad "discontinuation Syndrome" from a cold Turkey stop.
Regardless to be on the safe side I would taper off over a couple week course slowly.

That is not a typical SSRI discontinuation symptom, but some people do have unique symptoms. At the same time, it is possible that the symptoms are unrelated, and that you coincidentally developed a viral infection of your inner ear. I would expect you to argue that point-- as people tend to associate things together when they occur at the same time.
Discontinuation symptoms can be avoided by tapering an SSRI slowly.
