you know with exactly what. Also is that like a
weight, and muscle
gain shake? If it will help put weight on, that is fine with me. I could use a couple pounds. (smile). Im good with my size, but I can handle a couple pounds, my main concern is will this help with my energy at all? I do have some ensure, its the kind to help maintain weight though. Which is best to help with the healing of my body, and the energy I need to get?
