propecia

I just moved here and this was practically the only dermatologist office in the state (Alaska) so I am debating whether to fly home to Denver to consult another dermatologist. I don't want to just start taking the <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>propecia as if the <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>hair <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>does <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>grow back, I will never know which syndrome caused the background-color: #dae8f4'>hair loss and could be potentially be paying $600-700 a year that background-color: #dae8f4'>does nothing for me. Advice on how to approach this would be appreciated.
Would like to know whether it can be considered scarring alopecia and if its the case will it ever <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>grow back or do I have to continue taking <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>propecia forever? Understand that background-color: #dae8f4'>propecia contains hormones and it affects my sex drive. What do you think?
I'm in the early stages of treatment and color my <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>hair. My doctor has said that <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>hair dye will contribute to my <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>hair loss but that actually bleaching it seems to help--both for real and appearance wise. I'm wondering if anyone else had heard this/had it suggested to them. By the way--this is a GREAT forum--I've been lurking for monthes and it is the best one I've found. I appreciate all of your (un-knowing) support as I explored my options and began Pegasys treatment.
hi, im a 19 year old boy, and from the front of my background-color: #dae8f4'>hair line, to about the middel of my head, i am loosing lots of <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>hair, i can start to see my scalp through my background-color: #dae8f4'>hairs now, i know that <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>hair loss is caused by male hormones, except that i havnt really got hardly any body background-color: #dae8f4'>hair or need to shave much, so how can i have background-color: #dae8f4'>hair loss by male hormones ??? could i have to much female hormones which is causing this ?? i have just started taking saw plametto herb to see if it could make a differnce.

This is a surgical procedure in which the surgeon removes a plug of background-color: #dae8f4'>hair from an area where background-color: #dae8f4'>hair has not yet thinned, and transplants it in an area where <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>hair has been lost. This <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>does not really cause <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>hair rebackground-color: #dae8f4'>growth; it just spreads the <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>hair out better. A skilled surgeon must perform this procedure in order for the transplant to look natural. This is a surgical procedure, so it carries with it all the usual risks of surgery. Laser treatment is another option available.

If I try to maintain a healthy scalp now can I reverse the scalp damage and rebackground-color: #dae8f4'>grow the background-color: #dae8f4'>hair that has stopped sprouting, Or have I doomed myself with my arrogance and will always have this thin background-color: #dae8f4'>hair with visible scalp on the front?? Both grandfathers (in their late eighties) have more <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>hair than I do, as <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>does my father. Also, my mother and her sisters as well as my grandmother have absolutely no signs of background-color: #dae8f4'>hair loss. I am not particularly stressed out, and love life. I am not an alcoholic, and am not on any prescription medications. I eat as well as possible. I would love some insight from this forum, as I currently cannot afford a consultation. If it helps, I am a smoker. Thank you!

Finasteride (<span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>propecia) is also used to treat male pattern <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>hair loss (gradual thinning of the <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>hair on the scalp, leading to a receding background-color: #dae8f4'>hairline or balding on the top of the head in men.) Finasteride is in a class of medications called 5-alpha reductase inhibitors.

It shouldn't be possible to make the heart pump harder by using a vacuum helmet (whatever that is), and I seriously doubt it will make the <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>hair <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>grow any faster. Remember, an unstable lifestyle is bad for background-color: #dae8f4'>hair background-color: #dae8f4'>growth (like not sleeping at night). I didn't love wearing wigs but they worked. And also I didn't have to blow dry and iron or curl or wash as frequently...so my background-color: #dae8f4'>hair had a chance to really background-color: #dae8f4'>grow back without me killing it with product. It's not a perfect world but.......I had to do it.
I will be seeing a top hormone doctor next week in the states regarding my on going struggles. I will update everyone on the progress. Can you explain what you mean by getting "thinner" and the pain? Where background-color: #dae8f4'>does the pain come from and what is it like? But all the research i have done on peyronies, nothing fits except for the fibrous tissue. My erection <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>does not curve, and peyronies patients dont complain of severe retraction or hardess while flaccid. Priaprism? Anyone have any ideas?

When these episodes happen try having a little sugar and if you feel better chances are this is the problem, if so you must watch your sugar intake in a nut shell diets high in simple sugars espesially in a short amount of time <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>does tremendous damage causing high output of insullin to bring down the level and therefore dropping it to low causing the symptoms u described.
What is true from what he said this morning is that the blood <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>does come from the prostate...... I tend to instinctivly agree with seeker01 however that it's a tear or leak when fully errect, what makes me think that this may not be the cause is that you'd think they could see this down the scope and it's a simple diagnsis. A mate joked saying I'd got a high pressure leak ...maybe he's right. As I get more diagnosis from consultants I will for sure post up any findings.
