I have not been able to find any reference to ortho evra on the web. If you have got this off the web yourself, this may not be a genuine or safe product for you to use. I suggest that you read the instructions that you should have got with the packet and follow it exactly.

I have been on Ortho Evra for a year now. I have been diagnosed with PCOS, although, aside from being irregular I haven't ever had any other symptoms with it. I went on Ortho Evra because I was really anemic, and the irregularity was annoying me, so the patches fixed both. I loved it up until the past month or two when I started noticing that I'm becoming crazy. Slowly I've become really paranoid and been thinking really morbid things.

I had NO sex drive on seasonique and now I have a healthy one again but I want to find a birth control that does not take away my sex drive or make me depressed. I was thinking maybe ortho tri cylcen low. Any suggestions? Does anyone actually like the bc they are on??? PLEASE help!! thanks!

I am 19 years old and I am using Ortho Evra patch for contraception and I have been for five months. I have never been pregnant before, but I am beginning to think I have some symptoms even though I have NOT missed or had any late/irregular periods. -I've been feeling a pulse in my stomach especially when I lay down and press on the mid part of my stomach just above the belly button.

I am currently on the implanon but will be switching to the ortho evra patch . What are some thoughts or opinions on this birth control ? Is there anything bad you experienced or maybe some good effects to it ? ADVICE ?

I have a question for anyone using the Ortho Evra Patch to help control their endometriosis. It says right on the box that you are exposed to 60% more estrogen using the patch then other birth control pills. Since estrogen "feeds" endometriosis, how does this make sense? I have been advised by my doctor after 6 months of Lupron injections, to use the patch consistantly (not having a patch off week and not getting a period) until we are ready to get pregnant.

I took ortho evra for about 4 years and had irregular periods for about a year after i stopped. We have now been ttc for 2 years and are finally seeing a RE next week. My dr gave me progestin pills to help regulate my periods and when that didnt work i took clomid. that did regulate them. I blame my infertility on the patch even though my dr swears it is not to blame. Good luck! Happy to answer any other questions. Maybe my experience can help.

I'm on the ortho evra patch and I always put it in the same spot. I got a rash in that spot so I moved my patch and that week with the patch on I started my period as I would when not wearing it. I was on it that full time then I took my patch off for my actual period week and was still bleeding. So a total of two weeks on my period. I have swollen breast and they're tender, I have veins on my breast, my lower back hurts, I've gotten sick every night for the past two weeks. My period was late last month and it was super light. I'm took a dollar store test and it said neg. I'm thinking maybe my "period" wasn't a period.

30am I wake up and no matter how hard I try to fall asleep I cant. Another detail I been 2 weeks and a half with ortho evra patch but my ob/gyn says that it does not have to do with it. Been 3-4 days now drinking prilosec in the morning, carafate an hour before eating and zantac before going to bed, but no change. Ok here we go...i'm married about to turn 22 and I am on bc, ortho evra (the patch) been taking it for 3 1/2 years almost 4. In January of this year i had a really nasty sinus/upper respiratory infection and was put on first the Z-pak and got worse and it starting traveling to my lungs and then got put on augminton. So i was antibiotics for about a month and during which i was having lots of unprotected sex (i'm a bit of a nympho).

m protected once I have the patch on for a full week, but since I was a day late on week one, does that make a difference for week two even though I had the patch on for 7 full days on week 2?? I really can't afford a pregnancy right now, but I also don't have the extra cash to just blow on the morning after pill if its not necessary.
