just make sure to not pick at your acne, but the marks will go away it just takes forever. i have been on accutane twice, once when i was 17, and now im 26. I have cystic acne, and it made it better but not like i wanted it to be. i just realize now that i'm doing the best i can at taking care of myself and if i still have acne then there is not much left to do.

i think in most cases a you should be off all medications while ttc unless otherwise stated by your doctor. i'm not sure what acne medication you are on but i know for sure that there is one, Accutane, which you are NOT supposed to take while pregnant or ttc. It can cause serious birth defects.
