Common Questions and Answers about Do i have fibromyalgia questionnaire

fibromyalgia

Avatar m tn The clinical study consisted of a questionnaire only, yep a single questionnaire filled by those who took their pill. That is. Oh, no HBV patients are involved. No need to say anymore.
Avatar m tn (end of posts) I also have been getting confused a lot lately even at simple things i should be able to do. I have a poor memory. If I have fibromyaglia I believe i really suffer from that fibrofog. I'm young I shouldn't be hurting this much or this bad. I'm 24 years old. I feel bad i can't do stuff. I'm tired all the time. It's too expensive to go to a Doctor. I did buy that book I mentioned on our tablet for only $8. Can y'all be help? Thanks.
Avatar f tn 1 year ago i corrected my deficiency thankfully. I do have a knee jerk reaction to mention magnesium deficiency when i see intercystital cystitis lol. Some of your symptoms are listed under syringomyelia such as the leg pain and back pain. In most cases syringomyelia is related to Chiari 1 malformation. The second major form of syringomyelia occurs as a complication of trauma, meningitis, haemorrhage, tumour, or arachnoiditis.
894326 tn?1279784085 Hi Jackie Fellow African American, not a whole lot of us on the site. Nice to see you. I, too am wondering if I really have Fibro or not. Anyway, several weeks ago I was in so much pain. It was in my arms and shoulders, and my back. I had to see my doc for a check up after getting out of the hospital. I'd had a knee replacement. I was put on Lyrica at the rehab hospital.
Avatar f tn hi kristal...i don't know that you have fibro.....with the cold and turning blue, it sounds more like raynauds syndrome. as for being tired, it could be that you just have too much on your plate? or possibly are suffering from depression? you might want to have your parents take you for a check up with your dr. just to check things out. good luck and i hope you let us know how you make out!

Avatar f tn Hi and welcome to MedHelp. As far as I can tell, you do have symptoms that look like fibromyalgia. A rhematologist is the kind of dr. that dxes this. They will check for pressure points. There is also a tilt table test that can help decide if it is fibro or chronic fatigue.
16615961 tn?1454420087 Thank you, Niko for all you help. Yes I would like the questionnaire. I have felt the docs I have been seeing do not have extensive knowledge or experience with my condition. I was referred once to an endo and they canceled my appt that took me 6 mos to get in the first place so I was very frustrated and didn't return to that office. Since then I have been constantly sick but as a single mother, I don't always keep up with myself as well as I do with my children.
Avatar m tn For the last 5 weeks, i have had a constant need to urinate even after i have been,I am a 25 year old mum and have given birth to 3 babies At times i feel like im in the last month of pregnancy, with alot of pressure on my bladder and back passage, I can also feel my bladder when im walking it feels sore and irritated, I also at time feel itchy I have had tests for uti and it has come back negative, and i have also had a vaginal swab also negative for infections, I have read about Interstiti
Avatar m tn When I tried to exercise a lot in 2009 I developed a lot of pain but ignored the pain and kept pushing myself until finally I began a long, very painful flare-up and had to give up exercise for many months. So now I do exercise but I never push too hard. I have read that people with fibromyalgia do not recover from strenuous activity as quickly as others do. Of course, I am also much older than you, since I am almost 68.

1464004 tn?1384135733 Hi. I usually post in the arrhythmia forum because I have several fun arrhythmias. I have recently been diagnosed with Fibro and I'm trying to learn as much as I can about the syndrome. This is a big step for me. Being in health care for more than three decades, most of them in neurology,I was one of those who didn't believe in fibromyalgia. I do now. I also have a long list of associated problems including IBS, rheumatoid arthritis, sleep disorders and on and on.
Avatar f tn I have fibromyalgia. I have been told by a rheumatologist and fibromyalgia specialist that I have chronic fatigue as well as painful fibromyalgia symptoms. Does this mean I have CFS. One doctor said chronic fatigue but not chronic fatigue 'syndrome'. He said it was significant because my fatigue and symptoms started after a viral infection. The other doctor said he felt Fibromyalgia was a spectrum disorder which included chronic fatigue. So do I have CFS as well as Fibromyalgia?
Avatar f tn Hi,,,,you know about your body more than anyone if you feel its not because of a virus mos def get to a doc and have them test you for the Fibro. Do you have the typical tender points,,I know it ***** being told one thing when you feel its something else. I hope you can find the help you need and get better soon.
Avatar f tn Presuming that I do have fibromyalgia, is it a good sign that my symptoms did improve for a while? I also dont have chronic fatigue symptoms? Does it make it more likely that I would have a good outcome in the long-term? Thanks for your help.
Avatar f tn After living with ADHD for 7 years I told my BFF about it. She began telling it doesn't exist and everyone has it. She asked me if I was in meds I said no. I can't take meds because I'm also bipolar and it causes manic stuff. I didn't tell her about the bipolar. Is ADHD really something everyone has or did she just make that up?
1415174 tn?1453243103 Thank you for all your information. I do think I had a torn ligament as I couldn't lift my foot/leg for about 2 months and still can't cross my left leg right. It felt like a tearing pain across the buttock. Also, I'm leaning towards a sciatic type problem like pyriformis syndrom. But since the GP said he thinks fibro can be different than the criteria they have set up (why I don't know) that I could have some of that. Mainly I was wondering because of the sore legs in spots.

My symptoms include unilateral weakness, twitching and cramps. the weakness started in the lfet leg and now is in left hand and arm. I also have tremor in left hand and arm. Avatar f tn ok for starters i want to say i was diagnosed with ptsd and ive had irritable bowel syndrome and over the course of 10 years ive been in pain ive had many injuries to my back and shoulder and knees so i thought it was normal but the pain has consistently gotten worse over time, i feel like ive been working out for days at a time non stop i have pain in my shoulders neck back of my legs , knees and have numbness, tingling and pinching feelings in my legs and hands and feet, sometimes it feels lik
Avatar n tn ) I do have hip pain in both hips, shooting pain down both hamstrings, sore shoulders, just 'all over' pain. At times, there are hot spots in certain areas of my legs and sometimes the skin itself is even sore for a few days. It feels like I've had a very hard work out at the gym, when your muslces are sore from over working them, it feels like that all the time though. The soreness only subsides when I do absolutely nothing. So I do things, just not as much of them or as often.
Avatar n tn Yes, and I try really hard to keep my blood sugar under control because so, far I do not have any complications and hope I never do!! The others who answered the questions did a nice job of explaining. 4.No, I can enjoy most any food I want, I just need to make the proper adjustments with my insulin. 5.No. 6.I was going to the bathroom a lot and my mom thought I had a urinary tract infection. Found out there were ketones in my urine and then went to the hospital and got blood drawn.
