With anaemia, that too can make the menstrual cycles to become irregular, either too heavy or scant or complete loss of periods. Any changes to the menstrual cycle that are not related to pregnancy are not normal.
PS (When I was at 9 taking Epo once a week KEPT me at that number (but oddly I started feeling better as I got used to being so low) and it was ONLY when I got it TWICE a week 40,000 x 2 that my HGB went UP. you might need that too as low as you've gotten - if you do you ASK right away!

If I nap I wind up sleeping for several hours, so it is not a good idea, and I only resort to it if I am extremely tired and there is someone nearby to wake me up. 2-) Lectures make me feel sleepy. I feel sleepy at meetings too, and watching TV, even if the content interests me. However, I was never able to use those to my advantage for sleeping when I want to sleep, and those naps tend to be short - 10 minutes long at most. 3-) I am not depressed as far as I know.
If you think you are pregnant, and really believe it, you can have symptoms. To have cramps, nausea, and heavy and sore boobs before you miss a period is not likely. I think you maybe overreacting. If you are late for your period, keep testing because it is bound to show up. But if you still have a week to go until your period this month, you are not having symptoms unless you are pregnant from last month or something.

heavy first period after miscarriage. July 17, 2008 you have all made a valuable contribution to me. I miscarried at approximately 3 and a half months and 5 weeks after i am having my first period. It was accompanied by a lot of cramps, heavy bleeding and clots. I thought i had miscarried again. I am on day 4 and the bleeding has lessen. Thank Jesus for this. I had gotten a bit worried that we had unprotected sex so soon after my miscarriage.
Bleeding at this stage is probably not implantation bleeding. I don't know who told you that you are having "heavy implantation bleeding" and that such bleeding indicates multiples, but it does not sound like anything that came from a doctor. Good luck, I hope you get an answer soon. Have you tested yet?
Thanx For your Reply... Still dont Know But Im working on Gettin insurance to cover my doctors visit so i will finally have some insight or hadleast i hope so.
If you have Endo talk to your doctor to use the pill just for a period of time to treat Endo because I think that I used the pill for too much long (7 years). If you have no problems or even if you have heavy periods, don’t go for the pill or Depo. you will regret it. My sister always had and has heavy periods and her Gynaecologist didn’t recommend her the pill and I am telling her that she should be happy to have her body natural.
If your mother has/had it please take pre cautions. If you hurt more and more with each period, if you're heavy bleeder on your period, if you hurt in that area please tell your Dr. Recommend surgery just to see and go from there. It's a small cut less that a half inch and your home 3 hours later Max, it doesn't hurt all that bad... I'm struggling everyday and I want endo to be heard!!! If you have any questions comment please!
heavy bleeding one day, clots, cramps, and then tapering off. I wonder, how far along were you? If you were several weeks you may need an ultrasound to make sure your MC is complete. Tissue can be left inside and infection can occur. I guess it's different for everyone, but if it goes on too long, you might ask for a D&C to clean your uterus out. Good luck, and I'm sorry.
Also gall bladder disease has to be ruled out. Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts.
your doctor would check your bp over a period of a few weeks or get you to wear a bp monitor belt or one that you wear on your wrist to determine if you do have hypertension and whether you required any medication for it. you have a very demanding life style, have sedentary job, travel an hour there and back to work, overtime, muscular skeletal problems and a young family to look after.
i had a hysterectomy 5 1/2 years ago (kept my ovaires) because i was so anemic from heavy periods. i have noticed on my blood work that anything to do with red blood cells seems to be on the low end of the normal range---and was told that looked normal for a menstruating woman---i hadn't had a period for several years at that time. i still have four children at home--my youngest just finished 1st grade---and i just don't have the energy to do the things for my kids that a mom should do.

The hot flashes make me light headed, dizzy and makes me loose my appetite. I was sick in Feb. other than that I don't recall being sick since 2009. I have had little coughs or sore throat but symptoms resolved on their own. I will ask for the lab work for all those test, now I am real curious what they all say. I really wish they would not keep info from us when it's pertaining to us. WOW that's a lot of stuff going on inside your body.
