Just like the above posts I would say take some vitamins, mainly your
b-
vitamins and also maybe a multi-vitamin. The amino acid can also help with
energy, if you can afford to go get some l-tyrosine it can help boost your energy, although I found that it made a little jittery but it did help with energy. If you can I would start doing some sort of excersie,even a nice brisk walk everyday for a couple of weeks can make a big difference.
