Avatar n tn t take your baby unless you are proven a unfit mother regardless of money. In Georgia anyways. Different states or countries have different laws. Look them up and speak to an attorney if you want. If you don't trust him y'all won't ever have a healthy relationship. Does he want another baby?
Avatar n tn I've not heard of this. But I'm from the states. Are there laws in your country that worry you?

10707428 tn?1415569790 well if your married in most countries you are entitled to half of everything he owns.... so you dont have nothing. if he kicked you out of the home while your pregnant that only proves he is an incapable and uncaring parent since his child currently resides in you. And generally most courts pick the mother to be the primary care giver, unless the mother is completely incapable.
Avatar f tn I'm newly pregnant about 4 wks here's issue, I have been legally married for 17 years but for the last 7 years not with "ex"husband at all. We live together in separate rooms because I want to raise my 4 older children and can't afford a divorce since all our assets are tied together. I've been with another man for the last 4 years privately and in love .. Next year I was planning to take action and make things happen as in divorce papers ..
Avatar f tn The finances can be complex related to divorce and each situation is different. Each state has different laws too. Do you know the laws of your state? Is the house in both your names? I understand the fear you have of losing money on the house and having to find another home for yourself. It stinks. Getting a spouse out is a bit hard. Divorce should do it but you need someone to advise you. Document everything related to his drug use. Take pictures. Record things.
Avatar f tn The truth is there will always be different viewpoints on morality from different backgrounds but the laws of the United States of America stand. If young people see their parents or friends using illegal drugs they are likely to think its acceptable. But that's a willful violation of the law. Any immigrant arriving here should be treated with tolerance as to their cultures and belief systems but that in no manner extends to violating our laws.
Avatar f tn If your state has a health benefits exchange that is one option. Not all states have one and the rules differ from state to state. The is the federal exchange but you have to be uninsured for six years. These usually have a premium of $500 a month depending on how large your deductible is. If your income is low enough and you qualify you can apply for medicaid. In some states the benefits under medicaid are not so good and your choice of doctors is limited mostly to Drs.
Avatar f tn It actually depends on where you live. What your state laws are. My state, for example, is an at will employment state. (I think that's the term) they can and will fire you for anything. They can say I don't like the color of your shoes, you're fired. Make sure you look up the laws for your state.

These state medical marijuana laws all have features in common in addition to their time of implementation that are not true of all the state medical marijuana laws: They all allow patients and caregivers to cultivate marijuana for medicinal use ensuring patients continued access to marijuana. Avatar f tn I have been wanting to leave my husband for several months now. And he is on to me that I'm seeing someone. Which I have been. But every time I tell him I don't want to be with him anymore, he forces our love for me to love him and I don't. I love him in a caring way but not an intimate way. Hes a type of person who gets hurt very easily, and I want to know how bad of an idea would it be if I told him I had been seeing someone for 7 months?....
Avatar f tn They will know exactly what to do. Laws are different in most states so they will know how to proceed. Having no funeral and only a memorial is not uncommon. I think it makes things a little easier on their friends and family. They can remember the good times they had with the person instead of a memory of them laying in a coffin.
Avatar f tn I attended pain management sessions the other year to learn how to manage pain. There was a group of 12 of us of different ages and different disabilities. Some were already on strong medications that was not helping. We learned coping skills, relaxation techniques, gentle exercise to avoid muscle loss and mobility, diet, sleep, communication, pacing our day, taking rests when experiencing acute pain, etc. We were told that not all pain is a signal that you cannot work through it.
Avatar n tn In the divorce paperwork they will set visitation. Idk what the laws are where you are but here in KY you can not file for divorce until the child is born. You can file for legal separation but that is it. I would go ahead and call a lawyers and see what the rules are in your area. You may be able to file but not go to court until after baby is here. In divorce papers they will set up child support, visitation, medical support for baby etc.
Avatar f tn A new wave of GOP-inspired voter ID laws purport to aim to prevent in-person voter fraud. But in-person voter fraud basically never happens. So why are so many states passing these laws? In this amusing—and occasionally obscene—video Sarah Silverman breaks down the absurdity of the new wave of laws, makes clear their true intent and suggests resources to counter this blatant Republican effort to disenfranchise millions of Americans.
Avatar f tn The song was written right after a big Immigration raid rounded up a group of illegal European and Mexican immigrants who were raising hell, breaking laws, etc. These folks were mad that there werent more things being done to accommodate them and their needs and wants....
Avatar f tn You will have to look into your States laws. Each state is different. For example where I live if you file for any type of assistance, the state automatically goes after the father for child support if you aren't in a relationship. Go to your states government website and you should be able to find some information.
