I'm registered for a childbirth class at my hospital. However, the class doesn't take place until the two Saturdays before my due date. Since I'm now on bedrest with an already thinned cervix, I don't think I'm going to make it that far. If so, great; if not, I want to be a little bit prepared. All of the online classes I've found so far want you to register and/or purchase books/videos. Does anyone know of a good online class?
vh1.com has some videos of previous "celebrity rehab" and "sober house" episodes that are pretty good. And you could probably find "intervention" videos by googling "intervention watch online free" - there seem to be a lot more websites these days for free online shows. Good luck to you!
s only been two months since I gave birth, so I do feel insecure about my body image. Long story short, while doing online school homework, the history fills the gap out... And I start lurking and he's saved some videos on "favorites". This made me feel so bad, awful and ugly but I just feel it's ridiculous to confront him! What are your opinions?
I was thinking about taking laughing gas . but some people warned me that it made the pain worse for them . but I'll read online and watch videos maybe it will help !

I do know you are eligible for Cobra (36 months I think) under his insurance at work. It is expensive but you would get a rate given to all their employees ..better than nothing. If he makes the big $$$$ and you have been married more than ten years, it is possible that he could be made to pay for the Cobra. Ask your lawyer about it.
but today at my birthing class they were showing us a bunch of videos of real women giving birth and now im even more scared! instead of helping me and making me feel better about giving birth like it literally has scared the **** out of me. My pregnancy was planned so of course i knew what i was getting into. well i thought i knew what i was getting into lol.
After talking with moms who did take classes most told they learned nothing from them. If you are registered with BabiesRUS I know they have classes. I have used online videos, apps, and books as my guide.
Just remember women have been giving birth for centuries and not taken classes. You will be fine and also receive a lot of unsolicited advice from everyone.
During an argument with my husband he said he will move out of state and not be in my child's life. I'm 30 weeks pregnant. I have recently calmly asked him if he meant it and he said yes. He does not want drama and thinks that I will turn our child against him. t work and she is the bread winner and in the past i used drugs to hide my pain and my pride. I only straighten up when she threatens divorce. Then I see what I have done. I ask her to point it out to me and she's tired of doing that. She doesn't have a life.
Any ladies on here have any experience with getting chiropractic care while pregnant? Currently 33 weeks and baby is breech so I am seeing a doctor that uses the Webster Technique, which is supposed to help with this. Also hoping to get some relief from this lower back pain! But, I've never been to a chiropractor, much less while pregnant, and don't know what to expect!
Many doctors have posted "birthing classes" that you can watch online, take 2 hours one day to sit and watch informational videos online and that way if you don't find a class in time you still feel ready
Before I found out Im pregnant I was using proactiv for my face. But I read online that I shouldn't use products with peroxide or syllic acid, which is what proactiv is. I stopped using it, but its always been the only that works. Is it okay to use or should I find something else.

My doctor cannot scheduled my first appointment until my insurance is active, so when I have my first prenatal care I will be 12 weeks or more is there anyone else have their first appointment this late? This is my 2nd pregnancy but it's been 11 years since my first should I be worried thinking of going to the health department or something just for some assurance...
