6 weeks is the min age limit they can go but that also depends on the day care. The one my daughter will go to starts at 6 weeks but the one i work at doesnt take them till 9 months. We went ahead and reserved her spot when i was 2 months preg bc it fills up fast and i dont want her at any other day care not even the one i work at.

I do know you are eligible for Cobra (36 months I think) under his insurance at work. It is expensive but you would get a rate given to all their employees ..better than nothing. If he makes the big $$$$ and you have been married more than ten years, it is possible that he could be made to pay for the Cobra. Ask your lawyer about it.
