m 17+1 with our 2nd what happens in court about custody?? Anyone been through this?? I have taken care of our daughter 24/7 since day one and I have even left him and stayed in a women's shelter for a week came back things got better for a while got married then he acting like a **** again! As he is upset by the Divorce it is proably just a way of acting out, his Mom should ask him why he did it and tell him that it is not permitted,this is common in Chldren who are frustrated, tell your Cousin to get him involved in Games and Pysical activitys and give him plenty of care and extra Attention.

well if your married in most countries you are entitled to half of everything he owns.... so you dont have nothing. if he kicked you out of the home while your pregnant that only proves he is an incapable and uncaring parent since his child currently resides in you. And generally most courts pick the mother to be the primary care giver, unless the mother is completely incapable.

Are you getting help for BP, are you on meds? If you aren't, you have to put yourself in her shoes. Maybe once you get help things might change but , I'm guessing your not getting therapy, a person shouldn't stay if they don't feel safe, would you?

Today is actually day eight since i took a half of a vicodin. I thought for a minute that i would fall of the wagon from the pain setting back in but I didn't. I am so verrrrrrry proud of me. I am 100% withdrawal symptom free and feel pretty ok. I do still think sometimes wow right about now i should be taking a couple of pills, but I manage to work through it and move on. In Sept of 2007 my husband had bi-pass surgery. He has been having cronic pain at the surgical sight and down his sternum. Dr's finally did a chest xray and it shows several of the wire sutures have broken. Any idea how they will treat this???

I'm sorry that you're going through this. Perhaps sit him down and have a talk with him. Let him know that pregnancy is hard on a woman and you need all the support and understanding you can get. Stress and unhappiness will do no good for your baby. And your baby is your miracle together so it's living proof that you guys love each other and that's why you're married!

Well I never have been through a divorce but have been through a court child custody case in las Vegas, NV. In Nevada child support is 18% for 1 child and goes to 24% for 2 children. Now that is based off gross income not what he brings home. If the filing was strictly for divorce then that's all the judge would handle. If he wants partial custody/visitation with the children then he would have to file for that. In which the filing has to take place in the state of which the children live.
