I now am starting my life over after a divorce and would like to have a testicle implant. Is this possible, and if so, whom or where do I find someone in Illinois to do this?
My friend in south Carolina was separated from her husband for seven years. She had a baby with another man before the official divorce. She said the father could not be listed until after her divorce was final. The hospital refused to let him sign even though he was there. Now her divorce is final ans they have to go back through the whole process legally. Her situation appears unique though.

m still legally married to someone else and he refusing to file for divorce. I served him paper two years ago but signed them to late. SHOULD I tell him about the baby in hopes that he will then file for divorce. Or just let him discover my growing baby.

Six months ago, I told him that I wanted a divorce, and he told me that he would do anything to keep our marriage intact, so we went to counseling. The verbal abuse stopped, but the control didn't. I have 2 daughters, one is a teenager and one is in her early 20s, and they both live with us. He is also very controlling with them. I have been offered a job in an Illinois Hospital as a Respiratory Therapist. I was told that this hospital's policy states that the HEP B vaccination is contingent on my employment. I asked for the waiver form and was told that there isn't one. Illinois law allows exemptions to vaccinations based on religious and medical reasons. I have explained this exemption to human resources but they seem at a total loss as to honor my request.

If you were red flagged you must be getting pills from different sources. Illinois has the same program and surprise surprise I've had my own experience with it. Doctors who check into this will not give you any narcotic meds and pharmacies won't fill any of these meds for you either. Turn this situation into a positive and use it to cut pills out of your life....
45 days prior to me returning to the states at the end of the contract she filed for divorce and never even talked with me about it. I did not know until paperwork was in hand 2 weeks after it was filed in the court.
I returned to the states and I am living apart from the family.
There was no communication for over 4 weeks all went through attorneys while I stood with my jaw on the ground wondering what happened.
