So im currently 35 weeks pregnant and my husband informed me today he wants a divorce....nice news...we've had alot of issues between him lying...and his mothers constant put downs towards me...i was told this will be my only child due to i have. A heart problem and also other issues....
My husband wants to get a divorce and says it's over, he asked me to make a choice , either leaving the house or he will leave, I don't think Iam in the right mental state to be able to handle the houses responsibilities right now, so that means I wld have to go to my mothers where my little sis is an active alcoholic and her friend is also who lives there with her, I just don't know what' the right choice is for me.
I personally do not agree with this idea, and the research has not supported the notion that mothers having primary physical custody is necessarily the best thing. It is very important for the divorce not to cost him his relationship with either parent. A child in a joint custody situation does have extra stress, but with lots of love and attentive parenting he can be ok. You can expect tears at drop offs, and him saying he does not want to separate from whoever he is with.

It's never easy but can be done. If Ur in an abussive relationship get out ASAP!! 1st for Ur safety, 2- for Ur babies safety. It is unfair & unhealthy for U & Ur child. Ur husband/boyfriend cannot take Ur child away fr U (whether U work or not). U have to be an unfit mother by being very neglectful or by using drugs. U don't necessarily need an atty, call the court they can help (there usually is a court clinic that works w people).
I am 10 weeks pregnant and have been married that long... My husband is not nice to me in the slightest. I know that for the sake of my baby and myself I need to do something but I don't know if I'm scared or what. I have constant anxiety and because of it I have a pain in my side. She announced that the marriage was over that she had filed for divorce. She took a few clothes and the kids and went next door to her mothers. I have pleaded and begged her and she says she feels nothing for me and does not love me anymore. I asked if she had cheated or if there was someone else and she stated no. She has never been one to lie to me. My world is crashing down around me, I love her more than life itself.
I've been married to my husband for 11 years now. This is my first marriage, and his third. He has been controlling and emotionally/verbally abusive for most of our marriage. I have 2 daughters, one is a teenager and one is in her early 20s, and they both live with us.
25mg and if you are still uncomfortable stopping there, half of that. You are wonderful for wanting to be clean for yourself and for your baby. It takes a lot of determination and love, but you can do it.

Hi I need immidiate advice for my mothers diabetes level. My mohter is heart paticent and in the last week her sugar lvevel increased up to 191. Please some body advice me how to reduce sugar level so that the level become normal and that does not effect my Mom's BP too. If there is any medicine which she can take with BP medicine then please suggest me. If useing any specific food she can reduce her sugar level then also please give me advice.

I think its a bit of a rush to file for divorce she is trying to escape problems that a divorce will not solve,,,glad for the counseling...If you go to church ask you Pastor/Preist for help too.

I should probably seek a therapy but thought I'd see if I'd get people perhaps that feel the same way. I'm going through a really difficult time I'm 13weeks and 5 days pregnant which I'm really excited about however I'm 21 years old and got married beginning of December and feel that I rushed into a realshionship and marriage really fast. And got pregnant all to quick.
s needs first, always.... and small babies really do need their mothers (especially if breastfeeding). Nature imbues mothers with the most incredible primitive instincts when it comes to their children. Now I"m not saying that fathers cant make equally good dads, but its just different for babies. The other thing to consider is how you get on with your in-laws...if you think they would be a good influence and supportive grandparents, maybe you should consider moving.
know what.. its you and your bf choice if you wanna get married or not.. dont let your parents choose and decide for you.. just enjoy.. in the future should the course change at least you decided well.. divorce is a hassle.. if you dont wanna get married yet its ok.. no big deal as long as you're a responsible parent..
There are specific programs around the country for kids whose parents are going through a divorce (e.g., Banana Splits). Perhaps this is something that your son's therapist or the school could offer advice on. How much can you and his father work together to address the issues with your son? How involved is he in dealing with your son's problems?
