So randomly about three years ago I woke up one night in my face feel like it was burning I went into the bathroom and there was a small raised bump about the size of a Grain of rice. The bump is flesh colored and when it's irritated it hardens up the skin around it and turns completely white. Over the past three years I've had a couple episodes were it itches and flames up and hardens the skin around it.
Yesterday my belly skin was so tight and today all of a sudden its so loose like I have nothing in there. I'm 32weeks and I feel my girl kick a lot. But has anybody went thru this??
This skin disease commonly affects adolescents and young adults, especially in warm and humid climates and is aggravated by sweating and humidity.
Topical antifungals and mild steroids are the usual treatment and combination of the two can be used to treat stubborn patches. Oral antifungal drugs and immunomodulators such as tacrolimus and pimecrolimus are used in very severe cases. Best would be to consult a dermatologist and get biopsy skin done to confirm the diagnosis.
Its overall painless but after a day of work or sitting to long the skin like hardens together and pinches making it relatively painful to stretch apart. But once its been stretched its fine. Running fingers over it cant feel any skin tears but it is slightly oily. Not enough that residue is left on finger and its not oozing but the fingers slide like oil and i can presence of moisture. I do sweat quite heavily through my buttocks during my physical labour job as a side note.
I think the first time it actually got hard was because I was experiencing Braxton hicks lol! Even now my stomach is still pretty soft at times, I think it just hardens when he gets closer to my skin if that makes sense? Lol he's constantly in my ribs so my lower belly is usually soft. Hope that doesn't confuse you ahahah!!
First I thought it was some mosquito bites, so I tried not to scratch it, which was hard because it is extremely itchy. However, the spots started building up pus bubbles and eventually pops. It hardens up and turns into scabs but the itchiness is still there.
I get new spots throughout the years, with the same itchiness, pus, scabs. Sometimes, when the spots eventually heals (which takes couple of months), it comes back.
But the real problem is severity of the pain my upper stomach hardens with movement and cramps and pains so much like someone punched me I find it difficult to breath, it radiates to back and my back hurts too. My finger will heal over and with in a day after healing the skin kind of hardens and then starts cracking. I have given up on my health care provider and now constantly keep some kind of ointment on it to keep it moist so that it doen't crack. I have a friend who goes to mexico on the weekends and gets me a stronger Clotrimazole. I can not be the only one who has had this problem. Please help my finger f@&*n hurts.

Usually after urination I notice a small yellowish substance on my underwear or tissue, usually at night after urination. The substance than hardens. The spots have been getting more frequent. With braxton, your tummy just hardens then goes back to normal.. If it were contractions, it hurts (to the point where you cant laugh anymore or even smile) and it happens 3-5 minutes apart. So it stops but it'll hurt again..
You cant get rid of them. Aftee pregnancy they should turn to a little whitish color. Almost gone. but your skin is already stretched.. thats what my doctor told me.. its like elastic once it stretches past its point theres no putting it back. Just keep using lotion and it should help from the itchkng which causes them.

Heyy ladies , im 38+4 and i have braxton hick contractions constantly all the time back.to.back but everytime i have one my stomach hardens into all kinds of different weird shapes like most of the time ill have a huge bump on both sides of my stomach and then my belly button sinks in . Sometimes it just grosses me out , does anyone else experience this or know why ??
Your stomach hardens and you can feel a little bit of cramping. It is normal for you to start having them now. They should not be too painful.
When i get a pimple on my face, it hurts very much, but it does not break out. After a few days, the pimple hardens and eventually starts turning dark in color. When a few months go by, the bump on my face starts looking like a bruise, and does swallow up time to time. When it does break out after a few months, alot of dark, thick blood comes out. I'm just wondering what this might be as it seems very unusual to me that i have such bad acne at the age of 16.
