Experts agree we meet most of our
water needs from a healthy
diet with lots of vegetables and some fruit. That describes my
diet. At points in my life, I've tried to make an effort to drink more water, and all it did was cause me to feel ill all the time, and urinate a lot. As I said, I don't drink much water (or liquids in general, for that matter) but eat a lot of greens, vegetables, berries, and some fruit. I rarely experience "thirst"...
