Whole grains, fresh fruits and veggies, low-fat dairy, lean proteins. Ditch the chips, soda, processed foods, etc. And drink milk and
water.
Juice can be full of unnecessary sugar, unless it is 100% fruit juice (NOT from concentrate and without corn syrup). I like OJ a lot but I buy the real stuff, not Sunny Delight.
There are some things to steer clear from: raw, undercooked and unpasteurized foods, deli meat, some seafood, etc.
