Don't use too much weights either...more reps less weight. I do cardio 3-4 nights a week now for 30 minutes and 1 cardio body pump and 1 body pump class (both minimal weights) a week. Hope that helps! I know the diet sounds hard, but it's really not.

Avatar f tn I normally drink water, diet can iced tea (or fresh) and seltzer. Now my question is.... is diet soda OK in moderation? Like when me and my bf go to a mall, water gets so boring and the fast food places generally never have seltzer water. So therefore I'm forced with diet soda (YUCK). Is it ok just on the weekends? I mean I guess I'm doing something right, I've lost 30.5bs since 9/14 (not even 3 months yet) and still have another 12.5lbs to go by 1/4/09. Thanks!

1536593 tn?1292557199 Definitely stay away from diet soda and all sources of artificial sweeteners. It's not the brand name that's important here, it's what's in the product. Likely, you're like me and this is an intolerance. It's still necessary to AVOID this stuff in the future. There are a lot of bad health effects associated with artificial sweeteners--all of them. The primary one, of course, being that they are known carcinogenics.
