I joined s park p eople (no spaces) and started charting my food. Based on my weight, height, gender they tailored my calories, fat, carbs, etc. for MY BODY'S needs. For instance, I was alloted 1,200-1,550 calories a day with 42-65 grams of fat, 25 carbs, etc.
