It is a High protein and vegetable diet. I started at 277 and now i am currently 245.6 lbs. I has worked wonders for me, hopefully it works for you as well. I started just walking 20 min a day, now i am up to 45 min a day and lifting weights as well. Good luck!!!!

I will advise you to avoid sugary foods, saturated fats, and foods high in cholesterol. Use monosaturated fats like olive oil, canola oil instead of polyunsaturated fats. Avatar m tn t stuff myself I have heaviness and bloating and no amount of exercise can reduce even a pound combined with diet. My thyroid tests diabetes all that was all normal. I am losing my mind I have lack of concentration, fatigue, acanthosis nigricans in all the folds on my body so i have to apply lotions there several times a day because they get dry, have had hemorrhoids for the past three years.
