332074 tn?1229560525 There is only one way, and that is to stop eating too much when you are upset or stressed. That is the bad habit of emotional eating. You exercise plenty, you are mindful about what you eat..that is all good. Stop looking for someone to tell you what to eat and start thinking about why you eat too much. But I can assure you that you eat too much. I have never seen a case where that is not true. You can change, and if you want more info about how then go to the shrinkyourself.

72351 tn?1281992542 I have a question about diet. I am a city bus driver. We do not have lunch breaks and must eat on the go, have to nibble throughout the day. That poses a problem when it comes to taking a test 2 hrs after eating as I am nibbling throughout day. Any helpful hints? Also, I am not having any troubles keeping my sugar down during the day. It has been anywhere from 93-110.
554174 tn?1284031102 Hey there! I am 17 weeks plus now and always confused on what i should be eating more and whether what i am consuming on a daily basis is right or not. Whether i will have a healthy baby with a good weight or not. SO I thought why not have everyone here post their daily meal schedule so that we all know what all of us pregnant ladies are consuming and how much :). I guess a 3 day to a 7 day post would be great but then again whatever way u want to post please do.
Avatar m tn He is unclear exactly what kind of a diet he should be on while taking the medication. Is he supposed to take 20 mg. of fat with all 3 medications or just with certain ones. And what type of breakfast do you recommend. He is under the impression that he needs to eat a full meal with every dose. Can someone enlighten us? Thanks so much.
483733 tn?1326798446 I would say take up a hobby or something. Whenever you feel bored, don't go into the kitchen! Once you go in not really wanting anything, you come out eating something. The Kitchen can be an evil room when you're bored. =D But take up maybe a stroll around the block, walk to downtown (If it's close enough), if you have any exercise equipment try a quick workout. Or, go to a park or something.
Avatar m tn Some days due to my schedule I am forced to have a late meal. Often after doing so I sleep through the night, but wake up with a serious headache. It seems to go away after drinking orange juice and food. Why am I dealing with headache after eating late?

You can find this information on mercola.com. Just type in sugar or grains in the search bar.

Avatar f tn m normally a very healthy eater and will have a variety of protein and vegetables daily. I know that eating healthy is the most important thing now than before as I'm expecting but I just can't seem to keep any of it down. Avatar f tn If you are over weight it is perfectly safe to diet while pregnant as long as you are getting the vitamines the baby needs. Remember the eating for two does not mean you take in enough for two people. It just means you eat healthy. I am 32 weeks and a small girl and i still do not eat more then i would regularly eat. I just make sure i eat often. And my weight is right on i have not gained too little or too much. I have a friend who is a bigger girl and her dr wanted her to gain 15 lbs max.

Avatar f tn As long as you are eating a balanced diet during the day, your baby will be fine while you sleep at night. While you are pregnant, your baby feeds from the nutrients carried through the blood. Baby isn't actually ingesting anything other than amniotic fluid. While you are sleeping, your body is still digesting the meals your have throughout the day and distributing those nutrients to your body and baby.

428506 tn?1296557399 I was wondering if anyone out there is on a special diet because of Lyme disease, co-infections, and/or complications of the illness. If so, please add a comment below explaining your basic plan, and why you think it helps. Did you discover/create your diet, or was it handed down from your doctor? I eat a diet that I think is healthful, but it is not tailored or designed with Lyme in mind. I'm interested in ideas for how to change or improve. Thanks!
