Avatar m tn //www.health.harvard.edu/blog/vitamin-b12-deficiency-can-be-sneaky-harmful-201301105780 This really could be impacting what is going on with you! I would talk to your doctor about the negative testing but the reactive bands. Please let me know their response!
774736 tn?1311331385 It certainly can! Even if you don't have a true allergy and don't have definite Celiac--yes, you can get brain fog from gluten. Particularly if you have gluten intolerance. If you have other issues, such as IBS or if you get migraines or if you have blood type O, you should definitely stay away from gluten. Yep, your blood type matters. I got this information from "Eat Right for Your Blood Type" written by Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo. Glutenology.
Avatar f tn There are other reasons, of course, but I found a site that I found to be interesting, because it also talks about what can be done to treat it. http://www.yogawiz.com/blog/home-remedies/blood-thickening-polycythemia-symptoms-causes.
572651 tn?1530999357 Jenphilly- I asked and his immediate response was the diet link is Poppycock. He reconfirmed for me that diet has been looked at repeatedly and there is no proven link between MS and diet. He also reemphasized what we talk about here often- we all benefit from eating healthy. The more conscious we are of what we ingest, the better we will feel.

Avatar f tn HCG and the restrictive 500 calorie diet are not good for you. Your body needs so many calories to live on; if you don't provide them, you can cause more trouble than your weight issue. You might do some research into Dr James Beckerman, who is one of the doctors, here on MH. He's got several journals and blogs about simple ways to lose weight. They all make sense.
4489852 tn?1375753951 This is not a question, but I wanted to post my blog on here for other people to read if they wanted to. I had a hard time finding a chiari blog that was kept up to date and was current, so I wanted to start one not only so that i could have record of everything, but also so that other people could read my story and see that they are not alone in this fight. This is the blog I started in April.
1853014 tn?1340038575 I think this is the blog you are talking about. It is excellent. You can see there are many, many pages of valuable information. Plus it is written very well and has some humor too. http://hep-free.
Avatar f tn I was reading a magazine today and it was discussing the I quit sugar diet.
1340994 tn?1374193977 html That was a mind bending read! The actual blog is the diet she did, but in her comments in the lower region of the webpage she explains the diet did nothing for her.. the cleanses did! I had no idea that parasites could cause hives and allergic reactions. Thats what brought me to this site. I am going forward with all the cleanses that humaworm site has.. all organic and herbal and very reasonably priced. I paid 40.00 for my first 30 worming cleanse capsules and 10.00 for one for my pets.

195469 tn?1388322888 Can you tell me where I look up information on the net, where it talks about the genetic link in MS? As you know, I just found out I was adopted at birth a couple of years ago, in my 50's. So I do not know my family history, except with finding one sister, out of 7 siblings. If you could direct me to a website, (please start it with http: so it won't get automatically deleted by MedHelp's software) I would be most appreciative.
Avatar n tn t work sometimes they give you a right answer and sometimes a wrong one. I can across another mom blog which talks about this baby gender test with urine. It is apparently an actual DNA test:http://www.blogwithmom.com/2012/07/boy-or-girl-want-to-know/ Anyone tried it or maybe knows a mom who has given it a try?

I eat the LCHF diet and my cholesterol, LDL, HDL and triglycerides are all in optimal range, i'm losing weight and improving my insulin resistance. Nathan was started on a diet for Seizure control...Ketogenic Diet.
Avatar f tn Ugh, I'm just tired of everybody. At school nobody talks to me beside my few friends, unless there forced to. One of my friends has been faking it,who was BF. My sister treats me like crap, & would be happy if I wasn't here, she is disgusted by me.All of my family members like my sister better. I feel like almost everyone hates me. I want to give... His exercise did not involve any type of weight lifting. He only want to lose the fat and keep from bulking up at the same time. His goal for the movie was to look like as if he had not slept for a year. I'm sure I can vouch for everyone who's seen the movie that he definitely achieved this goal.

Avatar m tn It takes a lot of determination and love, but you can do it. I suggest that you read my blog on pregnancy and addiction that talks more about it. Click on my name in blue and than "blogs". Good luck to you and make sure you discuss all of this with your OB. They must be in the loop on all your medical care.
Avatar f tn I think it may be unrealistic to try to lose 100 pounds in the next several months without putting yourself at risk unless you are doing it under close supervision. It may be a better strategy to go more slowly. Check out www.whoatemyblog.com - it's a really interesting blog by a guy who I have gotten to know through Twitter - he has lost a significant amount of weight over the past couple of years, and documents his struggles and successes in a very open way.
