Hi, Gas trouble may result from simple causes like an improper diet. Please take a diet rich in fruits and vegetables. Avoid fast food and canned foods. Go for exercise regularly- stretching, cycling, swimming. Take OTC carminatives to expel gas. These measures may help. Please go for a USG abdomen and consult a physician if the symptoms persist. I used to be a vegetarian (about 10 years ago) but the Indian Doc. has me on a meat diet (I shop at whole food and bless the animals for dying for me!) I haven't had a lot of meat though lately. My iron was fine..I do have iron pills but haven't taken them as of yet. In fact my blood work according to the the "regular docs" was fine...except a bit of dehydration. Which I have to get better at. I finally went to sleep on the floor last night next to my dogs...

For the past three years, I've had moderate to severe abdominal pain only at night. It happens every night. Never in the day. I've been to the Dr's i did my Gastroscopy , Colonoscopy, CT scan, Blood tests, Ultra sounds and all. ALl comes with the good results . No issues at all. (Gastroscropy was bit of red but nothing major or ulcer ). I also did helicobector tests as well. ALl good with it . Tried all different medicines like nexium , Gaviscon , Endep- 10 Mg, iberogast.

Hey there, I have the same symptoms as the person with ID 'Concerned6672' to whom you replied except my rings are very circle round shape and size of a silver dollar coin. Its not elevated or very dry and no discharge. when i touch, it feels just normal skin. Its not red but and seems brown (I'm an indian), I have no changes in my diet last few months and I dont have contacts with outside world so much. Last night I was sweating in bed and next morning the rings appeared.
